We had this mirror for about a year and it stopped working. We reached out to the company they sent us a new one with no questions asked. When we got that mirror the glass was broken so they again sent us another one. We were shocked and so happy to get a new mirror replaced so quickly. Great customer service and product. We highly recommend.

The sound is great, the mirror also dims. This is a great mirror. But most of all the customer service is the best I have ever had on amazon.!!!

Packaged Extremely well. Looks great, very good quality. HOWEVER!!! - 1. The power unit emits an ever so slight hum in-between fully bright and fully dim. So when its fully bright - no sound, when fully dim - no sound. Anything in between emits a hum - not noticeable but its there. The bluetooth needs to be reset every couple of connects - which is extremely annoying. If you put this mirror on a switch that shouldn't be a problem, I didn't - I ran it directly. The brightness level is very good. Very bright, the lowest setting lights up the entire bathroom which is 11x6. The highest setting, there is no need for other lights unless your shaving or whatever. The speakers are legit - even on 50%-60% they are legit - don't expect Bose quality - but then again its not needed here. Everything else is well thought out - there is a soft strip in back which prevents water from getting in - haven't had a chance to try to anti-fog feature as the bathroom is remodeled as has high powered air exhaust so its never foggy. I do recommend putting this on a switch to make life easier. If its plugged in directly you will always have the 2 red touch buttons lit up - not a big deal but not necessary when not in use. The bluetooth issue - after a couple of days of no use - the bluetooth shows up but cant connect to any device, a reset takes care of that problem, there is no password and then after like couple of hours its almost like it times out - very odd. Mirror looks legit - expensive and classy. Is it worth 440 bucks - probably not!!! - but you wont find anything cheaper in the size I was looking for.

We had to add a light in order to see best. Would not recommend as a stand alone. It was easy to install, packaged well for shipment and looked nice.

Update: Upon reading about the 2-year warranty, I contacted the seller and they immediately offered the choice of a refund or a replacement mirror. I would definitely feel comfortable buying from this company again.Quality not the greatest. Although we received in July, we did not get it installed until September due to lack of available electrician (he did not think it was that easy to install either). It initially looked great, but we noticed some desilvering (discoloration of mirror) around the bottom edge in December. Very disappointed that this is happening after only 3 months of use.

Not sure how to contact the company but I have multiple dots on the mirror which I think is a tiny air bubble but the light is reflecting off it and very annoying. Would like someone to plz contact me for a replacement.

Mirror looks well made I don't know if it work yet since plug is either not included or it was never packaged

Love Love this mirror. No one wanted to install it for us though. They didn’t want to break it. But we finally found a brave handyman that put it up perfectly. They lighting is awesome! I purchased a smaller size for my powder room.

This is a defective piece, it's not working at all, what a disappointment. I had a handyman to come over and install it and found this piece of trash, now the merchant is not accepting the return and wastage of money, plus I had to pay the handyman $150 for the visit. Shady merchants robbing Amazon customers. Please don't waste your money with this merchant

Mirror is not as described. See pictures. Off button is a side sensor that is weirdly sensitive (walking heavily makes it go on and off). No fog button and no dimmable options are apparent, but the heated cable is clearly on the mirror. No bluetooth show up neither. Since this is not a simple plug in mirror (hard wired) I may need to get an eletrician to come to plug it which is very frustrating. It looks nice and all, packaging was well done and it has no real apparent damage. It does have an hair stuck under the led light which is very annoying

The media could not be loaded.  Il ne vien pas a baterie ou avec une prise. Donc ont j'ai du persé le mur et installé une boite electrique pour pluggé les fils avec !

Love this mirror!! Looks beautiful in our master bathroom!!! The light is near as a frame for the mirror and very useful. The anti-fog works great. Haven’t figured out the Bluetooth yet but will update review once we get that going. Overall, very reasonable price and so far a great product.

I bought two mirrors for a side-by-side installation. I intuitively thought the hanger position should be the same to the edge. However, after hanging on the wall, one mirror is 1 inch higher than the other. Then I uncovered that the space between the hunger and the edge are different! It is hard to believe this critical measurement is not standardized. Hopefully I am very handy. I drilled new holes to make them barely match to each other. A half hour installation turned to be three hours for the weird manufacturing flaw. So I give one star to Easy to Install rating.The mirrors are well made. The back has a lot of room to hide the wire, so the mirror can touch the wall tightly. ( I once bought a mirror with a flat back. I had to return it because the mirror cannot rest on the wall which is dangerous. )Let's see how it works in the next days.
