Torx Star Mini Bit Set 6 Pc T5 T5.5 T6 T7 T8 T9

In my search for small Torx bits CML Supply looked like the only company that had good, quality products so I tried them out. My order arrived quicker than expected and the bits looked great. I immediately disassembled some small electronic devices for a project I'm working on and the bits held up just fine. No stripping, bending, or deforming. Highly recommended!

Finally! 3rd time is a charm when it came to me getting the part I needed. I was looking for a T5 bit and had trouble with two other products I found on Amazon but luckily this one worked perfectly and seems to be made well.

I needed these bits to fix a pocketknife, and the t7 fit perfectly, but the points got rounded-off loosening a couple of the tight screws. Not the highest quality metal, but works for small jobs....

I used the T5 to open my HTC G2 and fix the screen. It fit perfectly! I really needed this. The only thing was that I'd hoped that it would come in one day, but since I'm kinda far from the facility it took 3 days. Overall great thing to have if you break phones a lot.

BITS ARE WELL MADE AND WORK WELL. HOWEVER, INSTEAD OF A T-6 BIT, IT WAS REALLY A T-5 LABELED AS AT-6. I DECIDED NOT TO CONTACT THE SUPPLIER BUT KEEP THEM AS I ONLY NEEDED THE T-5,AND DID NOT WANT TO DELAY MY PROJECT. EXCEPT FOR THIS MISSLABELED BIT, I WOULD HAVE RATED THIS AS 5 STAR.

I was excited for the bits and the first job I used them on they worked fine the 2nd time I used them to take apart a friends pocket knife and the tip sheared off I guess I should have paid more for a higher quality set

So far so good. Arrived quickly and worked perfectly for the job. Quality seems good, doesn't seem like they would break like another review said.

I bought these bits because I deal with hard drives and required star bits to unlock the screws on them. I finally got the product and tried unscrewing 7 screws with the SD 6 bit and I unscrewed 6 of the 7 and started on the last. I felt a snap and looked down and found that the tip of the bit snapped clean off because the metal was so weak that it twisted like clay. Now the hard drive is still screwed in and the bit is no good anymore. Seeing as one of the bits is broken so easily the others can't be much stronger. Although the size of the bits may factor in, there must be higher quality bits out there that will stand through 7 screws.
