I bought wife a new MacBook 12 during a 'let's go crazy weekend' on another website. Upon receiving it, I noticed that, although beautiful, the MacBook 12 is very slippery, and the finish looked like it would scratch and if it can scratch, wife can find a way to scratch it!Unboxing, I was surprised at how sturdy, yet flexible the thin membrane is. It's a beautiful smoky color, and the silicon texture now makes the Macbook un-slippery. Now it can sit on her lap and if it falls, the silicone cover will hopefully absorb the blow and protect the finish. By the way, putting on the two covers was so easy it was just silly. This is awesome! Snaps on very easily and feels pretty sturdy. It keeps the scratches and fingerprints off of my MacBook . The only complaint I have is that it came with a white striation in the middle of it. It also came with a silicone feeling keyboard cover! That was a plus, but it doesn’t close all of the way with it on. But I remove it when I’m storing it. It’s really a nice product.

I ordered a colored one at first and I had to return it because it felt cheap and it didn’t clip in my laptop like it should. The picture was also misrepresenting. The picture looks like it was somewhat colored see thru, but it’s not see thru at all. The main reason I returned it was it didn’t fit right. I bought this clear one and it perfect and the quality is different from the colored one. I would recommend only the clear one.

I needed a new case and ended up taking my chances on this clear case after reading other reviews. For the price, it's a really great product! I have a rose gold MacBook, and I love the way this case makes the color of my MacBook look super nice and shiny! It also has a good feel to it. If I'm able to edit this review later, then I'll try to take pictures of it.I think that the only downside is that it's really easy for the case to collect bits of dust or crumbs or hair, so when you're snapping it on for the first time, make sure that the case is spot-free. Other than that, I'm really happy with this case.My last case was a wine red one from a different seller where it started to quickly chip on the corners and the color started to rub off. I don't have to worry about that happening to this one since 1) it's crystal clear and 2) I also have a laptop sleeve to carry my laptop around. Luckily, this case is thin enough for the laptop to still fit in my sleeve. I'll take good care of this.

The case seems worth the money so far. The only complaint I have is the white tabs on the bottom come off easily but they send replacements with it at least (I'm just worried about what to do when I run out of those >.>) Try to make the legs more sturdier or don't include them at all perhaps. The case looks nice though and I'm happy I got it.

I bought my two granddaughters MacBooks for Christmas. They are in Middle School. They wanted to put stickers all over their new MacBooks. So I compromised with them. They put the stickers on the clear cases. Their happy and so am I.

I’ve only had the case for 2.5 months and it has already peeled all over and cracked in several places. The big white mark is from candle wax, but other than that, the case quality is horrible. But it didn’t protect it

Good looking case protector and cannot complain for the price, pretty good product. Installs very easily and stays on without any risk of falling apart. Recommend this product for Macbook 12 inch. Installed in less than 10 seconds.
