I didn’t expect much out of it, but it truly is an awesome desktop computer. I didn’t spec it heavy, but for what it has it’s a great machine for general purpose/server style work, and it makes zero noise and didn’t get that hot. Also, it has plenty of USB ports, and serial ports which I need. It really is a great deal.

This Kingdel mini computer worked as needed right out of the box. We normally use the Kingdel product for headless client projects such as small office VoIP servers and router/firewall applications. The BIOS is easy to access from boot up so we can set booting and power options as needed. We normally replace the Windows OS with a Linux based OS for the application needed. We have many of these Kingdel fanless mini computers in service and they are all running without problems.

I have ordered at least 6 of these computers over the last few years and have been happy with the hardware however, there have been a couple of times where the Windows OS software was either not activated or deactivated after a period of time. Not happy about that however, the Kingdel company has always been responsive to the problem and gotten me the active keys quickly. Buying as much as our company does from Amazon, one thing I remember is whether or not the seller stands behind their product. In this case, Kingdel does.

If you looking for a simple system and it boots up very quickly. This thing is solid and fast. I had a system in a cabinet that I used to have cracked for the old tower system. Not to mention size is so much smaller and no more failing fans and noise. I'm not doing and hardcore processing but for browsing internet and some programming it works great.

Computer works well, but support was FANTASTIC!! Had questions and they took care of it as well as anyone you might work with.Really a great experience!!

The unit looks to have been used before, Re-wrapped and boxed.Operating system was upgraded to Windows 11 months ago, so we couldn’t revert back to what was supposed to be the operating system on the description.So far the computer is working so we will not return it.This is clearly not what we were looking for.

The computer comes with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled - not to the normal Out Of Box level but boots directly to the desktop. Out of curiosity, I installed windows 11 from scratch - or tried to do so. Windows refuses to install as the CPU is not supported and the board/bios does not support Trusted Platform Management (TPM); so, to reinstall windows 11 a modified version of the installation is required. This is not difficult to do but is also not valid per Microsoft.Just be aware of what you are buying!As I never intended to leave Windows 11 on this machine it is a non issue for me.Windows 10 22H2 Enterprise installed without issue.

I normally do not like leaving reviews. However, I had a question about the computer and the seller was real quick to answer my questions. I use the computer for school work and browsing. It was affordable, small and works very good for my purpose. Customer service is excellent. I bought it in Sept 2020, and I haven't had any issues.
