BloQaid Hand Callus Tool

I've been doing gymnastics for over 10 years and we've always just used a bit of sandpaper round a piece of wood. That wasn't great but was the only thing that got into the little corners of the hands. This is the only thing I've used that was better, way way better! It's easier to use, works way faster and I don't need to keep replacing it like I did with the sandpaper ones. So glad to have found this cool little gadget!

I was suffering with ripped calluses after moving on to volume work with heavier kettlebells, I tried gloves, I tried sandpaper and I tried pumice stones but then I stumbled across this useful gadget, read the reviews and decided to give it a try. As others have said, it doesn’t completely rid you of the callus but you don’t want that anyway, you need the harder skin for protection. BloQaid makes short work of the calluses whether they are wet or dry and coupled with a salve or moisturiser (I use both) you’ll be rip free in no time.

Love this thing! At first I had no idea what the hell it was but it's only when I actually picked it up and tried it that I realised how well it works. I'm a powerlifter and my hands are so rough. My clients always comment when I shake their hands. Plus when they're really bad, the calluses pinch when I grab the bar. This little thing got rid of them in literally a couple of minutes... Amazing!

A great tool to have for any sport where hand health is essential. Keeping those calluses and rips away, so you can keep training hard.

Don't buy this expecting to miraculously have baby soft hands again after years of lifting. Think of it as a mild cheese grater for your hands. It is a useful tool - well made, easy to hold, has a "rougher" side for getting to work on larger, tougher calluses, and a "smoother" side for finishing up or for testing the waters. Whether that is worth the £35 price tag is entirely up to you. Be aware, because it's quite a large surface area, and because of the motion you need to perform in order to get it to work, you'll end up micro-scratching parts of your hands that may have been perfectly fine before. If you're not careful and go willy-nilly with this thing, you'll actually end up causing a fair amount of surface damage to other parts of your hand. It will heal quickly, and won't be deep enough to bleed, but it'll be as if you dragged your hand across some coarse gravel. I still prefer to "pinch" callused skin so it makes a ridge, and then use a decent pair of scissors (nail scissors tend to work well) to remove said ridge. Once I've removed as much as I can this way, I will use the BloQaid to smooth around the chopped out area so it's not quite a crater. For me personally this has produced the most effective, repeatable results.

Painful calluses were holding me back in my training and the BloQaid fixed the issue with a couple of minutes use. You grip the product and use the textured file to rub your calluses down to a manageable level, making them pain-free and easy to maintain so you can continue with your workouts. Couldn't recommend it more!

This thing is awesome! All I need to do is use it for two minutes once a week and my grip is sorted, amazing invention!

I've been looking for a callus remover for quite some time. I've heard others talk about everything from cheese graters to rotary tools. Somehow I came across the BLOQAID and decided to give it a shot. I really like it. It easily decreases my calluses. i wouldn't say remove since that's not really how calluses work (for me at least) but it does smooth them out quickly and easily. I'll also do you a favor and not post a picture of my supposedly manly callused before and after hand pics.

I love this so much! Way more effective than a pumice stone, and not as crazy or dangerous as a shaver. It is like a little rougher than sandpaper and just really gets all your callouses down to a manageable size so no more rips! I would recommend this to everyone who needs callous management. I use this once a week on my hands, dry, then soak them in Epsom salts and then moisturize- I do trapeze and Lyra and would always have my hands taped for burst or ripped callouses - since using BloQuaid my hands have not ripped. (Admittedly the above before and after photo is after having it, but i hadn’t used it on my hands in about a week and was starting to get gnarly again and the difference is amazing!)

A couple of people at the gym recommended this and wow is it terrific and game changing!!!! I’m a heavy guy (239lbs) so I typically dread bar work due to pain/rips, but this shaver is so effective that I’m able to jump on the bar work without it hurting my hands! I’ve used other callous shavers like Tweezerman, stones, and creams but they aren’t even on the same level as this product. It’s so simple, effective, and easy to use it almost feels too easy!! I highly recommend this product!! So much I almost instantly bought a second one for my gym bag!!!
