Ahmad Tea Black Tea, Darjeeling Tea Loose Leaf, Metal Tin, 100g - Caffeinated and Sugar-Free

I've enjoyed Ahmad's Earl Gray tea for a long time but this was my first time trying their green tea. It has nice and simple flavor, which I look for in my green tea - nothing fancy. I can usually get 2 to 3 cups out of one scoop (0.25 oz). This green tea is a bit pricier compared to other black teas and the price has even gone up since the last time I order it but it's not easy to find loose green tea in grocery stores, so this is the best option for me. I wish it came in a larger size though, like Earl Gray in 500g, and also not in tin cans. I don't have any use for these cans after the teas are gone, so I put them in recycle but hope Ahmad can come up with better (more ecofriendly) packaging.

Can’t go wrong with “any” Ahmad tea. they’re the best of all Ive tried. Love the english breakfast black tea. Can’t go wrong with this brand!

Not bad. I drink other Ahmad black loose leaf tea. This small Darjeeling tea is milder than most Darjeeling tea but it has floral undertones. A great afternoon tea. Will be back for more. If you like a strong morning black tea , look at other Ahmad teas they are all different but just as good.

Love this green tea! I use a cold brew coffee maker and infuse the leaves overnight to make a nice iced green tea and it comes out great every time. I like the tin it comes in as well; it makes it easy to store and has kept the leaves fresh. On top of all that, it's also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!

a serviceable everyday darjeeling

A few years ago (2020) I used to buy this tea all the time. Not a single time did I ever felt the need to throw up after drinking this tea. However, now I’m 2025, me and my mom drank this tea around 3 times and we almost threw up. We started feeling unwell. I don’t know if they are now putting in some toxic fillings to reduce costs or whether they are putting too many heavy metals in the tea. Whatever it is, it is really bad for a person’s stomach and body. It has made me and my mom almost throw up 3 times combined. We will not be buying this brand of Ceylon tea ever again.

I was really disappointed by this tea. I love Darjeeling tea, and this product was **not** the taste I have come to expect. It has a weird (to me) metallical taste. I can't even finish it. Don't judge Darjeeling teas by this. I won't purchase again. EDIT—Well, here I am buying it again because my usual Darjeeling is out at my local market. While I still don't like this by itself, I have discovered two parts Ceylon tea and one part Ahmad Darjeeling make a pretty good breakfast tea. So there you go. I'll upgrade it the three stars for that. 🙂
