Seems to work as advertised. No side effects. I started taking it because of studies I read about creatine being excellent for women's cognitive function. Not sure how valid that claim is, but I'll buy again. It helps with working out too. Gives more muscle power. Good value for the money.

I just purchased my second bottle. I have improved energy and I can feel a difference when I workout. My stamina is better too. I am trying to stay health as I age and this product has helped.

It talks about taking 2 doses of 2 pills, each pill contains 0.5g, so the minimum should be 6 pills to reach a minimum daily dose of creatine.

Excellent vitamin supplements

These capsules are very easy to swallow, and I feel like I have more energy and feel better overall. Note: It is my understanding that you have to take about 3-5 mg. a day to see any benefit. That being said, you will need to take at least six capsules to get 3 mg, so if you are taking that amount every day, one bottle will only last about 20 days.
