I have been using this product for years for health maintenance and it has never let me down. I don't take near the suggested amount but know when things start go awry to take a dropper full and it speeds everything along perfectly. I work in Wellness Coaching and recommend it to my clients. This is one of the few mineral blends that doesn't taste awful. I wish they would be more precise as to what the specific nutritional breakdown is. I have written them twice requesting it and gotten no reply at all. It does really help with leg cramps at night and is really easy to take in plain water.

good i dont like the taste so i have not been taking it which is a shame
