Q: Package was cut open and I have no batteries. Customer service is taking no calls, so who do I call to get my batteries?

Wonder if Amazon knows DOT says it is illegal to ship batteries on public roads that are not secured so ends do not touch. No exceptions made for package failure! Should be reported before a real accident happens.

I purchased a 48 pack of AA a few months ago and the expiration date is 2034, they are guaranteed for 12 years.
