The radiator came 2 days earlier than expected. It was well packaged and the delivery man placed it inside my hallway because it was too heavy for my elderly mother to lift it into the house. The brackets were simple to install, just remember that the bottom of the top screw hole, lines up perfectly with the bottom of the hook (sounds complex but will make sense when you come around to installing it). I also had to tape the plastic protectors onto the hook, because they kept dropping off whilst trying to rest the radiator onto them. Please note, this is an exceptionally heavy radiator. I managed to lift it on my own but then the Mrs had to line the hooks up because I couldn't move it much whilst lifting it. I was shocked that the brackets could hold the weight in all honesty. I would not recomend this rad for stud walls. Looks good, already had some compliments on it. The heat output is good, but it does take longer to heat up fully compared to my horizontal radiators. There were no leaks. I got a matching TVR. Really happy with it.

Perfect, looks even better than the photos! Gorgeous anthracite grey shade, non reflective matte surface look and matches the valves perfectly.

When initially looking at radiators during the strip down of the living room, I always wanted a designer vertical radiator but the cost was looking like something we couldn't afford, coming in at over £300 for radiators which put out 5k BTU which was nowhere near enough for the size of the room. Then we came across this radiator boasting 8k+ BTU, at £180! I was a little hesitant at first, because of the price, but it does the job! It's stylish, slimline and the heat output is amazing. It is, however, incredibly heavy - even without being filled - would recommend this to be a 2 person job.
