Super Tote - Pewter

Don't get me wrong, I really really like this bag, BUT it is not as streamlined as it appears to be in the picture. The bag is WIDER. MUCH WIDER and the top bits flare out and don't fold in smartly like they do above. The many pockets are wonderful and can store a multitude of items. I can find everything that I am looking for quickly and it meets the needs of my OCDish organization much to the entertainment and benefit of those on my tennis teams. The bag is lightweight and sturdily built... with the exception of the straps. For $98 I wish Maggie Mather had used a higher quality, aka thicker, strap. They tend to fold a bit which I find annoying. The color, as someone else mentioned is more grey green than blue gray. Hmmm... now it sounds like I don't like this bag... but I DO!! It works great as a carry-on for the plane too! c.

This bag is just wonderful. I am so thrilled with it and have travelled with it as well as stuffing it with my tennis gear. I also like the pewter colour very much as well as all of the zippered pockets with the end pockets for drinks. Just great

It was much larger than I thought.returned the bag and plan to purchase the smaller origional version.

Came to me with a broken zipper but I don't want to deal with shipping it back. I also think I would have liked the smaller one

There is no doubt, in general, this is a GREAT bag. It is made well, has tons of storage and zipper pockets, etc. My 3 star review is because it is just a little too big to be PERFECT (at least for me). The "super" maggie tote is not a ton bigger than the normal tote, but the bigger size DOES make a surprising difference in the look when I'm carrying it! I purchased both this "Supper Maggie Tote" and the Maggie Mather Three Tone Zippered Tote Bag-Lime/Pewter/Black. The front zipper pockets on the "super" were just too inviting, but I WAS leary about the additional width and height of the bag. After seeing them both side by side, it is evident that on my frame (5'6", 150lbs) that the "super" just looked too big and bulky on me. I think the non-super one has plenty of room for my things, change of clothes, etc. and I can comfortably fit TWO oversized racquets in the front pocket. (Another reviewer said they couldn't, but I didn't have any issue with that.) I SO badly wanted to love this bag....but in the end, I returned it and stayed with the Maggie Mather Three Tone Zippered Tote Bag-Lime/Pewter/Black. Hopefully, they will add front zip pockets to this slightly smaller style in a future version.

I play tennis 4-5 times a week and have gone through multiple tennis bags.... back packs, racket bags etc.... I bought this and am learning to love it... It's much larger than I expected and has room for all my accessories... I would recommend for club and usta players that want a versatile bag that can be used for tennis and much more --- this will be my new carry on bag too!!

Love this bag! So much easier to pack and carry than a back pack or duffel. Basically an oversized purse that holds your racquets, sunscreen, hat, towel, balls, and water plus your purse essentials. Lots of pockets to keep you organized.

this bag was too large. I like MM bags and ordered the slouch type.
