This is FABULOUS! It works wonders and was very easy to set up.
This is terrific! I was willing to try it since it was not very expensive and had free shipping and friends had recommended such a table for my aching back. This was EASY to put together and I'm not generally good at such things. Perhaps the directions have been improved as other reviews mentioned them being hard to follow. It's not as large as I thought it might be so it fits fine in my spare bedroom. And best of all, it's made a huge difference to my aching back. I got used to it right away. The first time I got a bit dizzy when I stood up, but now I come back up slowly, stopping at intervals to readjust. It's made an enormous difference. I try to spend about 3-4 minutes on it every morning and that's all it takes. Now I don't even need it every day I don't think. I am so pleased with this. I was walking around like an old lady for over a year and found it hard to bend over, etc. Now my back is fine. Seriously. Try it out. You have nothing to lose as you can send it back and it is free to ship it even to Fairbanks Alaska (and it took only 2 days to get here!).

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! If you're considering it, Go For It!
Why pay more when you can get all the benefits of Inversion at a great price? I've only been using this a few minutes at a time for two days and I feel so much better already! It's difficult to put into words the difference in how my back feels and this is going to sound strange but it feels "lighter". I guess it's nicely stretched and decompressed. Whatever it is, I'll take it! I had a feeling this was a product I needed and I am so glad I bit the bullet and gave it a try. It's a little scary to use at first. It's extremely important to set for your correct height as an inch or two off can impact the speed at which you incline and if you set it too tall you will whip back too fast. Also, be sure to adjust the the strap short. You can test the degree of inversion prior to getting on by setting the strap and seeing how far back the table will go. Trust me. A little feels like a lot at first. You will be surprised so don't be afraid to start off just a bit beyond a horizontal angle. It will still feel very good. The Invertio Inversion Table was easy to assemble and not at all intimidating - once I realized that the first drawing of all the parts and pieces accounted for even the pre-assembled parts and that my efforts were going to be minimal. The instructions were easy to follow although the bolts weren't labeled (the short ones are for the feet ;) ONE RECOMMENDATION: Attach the black rubber feet FIRST! Attaching the feet was not included in my instructions at all and I found it a bit cumbersome to do when I had to tip the fully assembled table over on it's side to attach the feet. All in all, that was the most difficult part. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made.

It assembled easily and works fine
It assembled easily and works fine. I purchased the unit because I had a lower back problem that my chiropractor could not correct. I used it a few times and then he was able to make the adjustment, so I am pleased. My wife does not like how the ankle holders work. She feels like she is going to slip out, even when wearing shoes. I think she would like the kind that has ankle straps instead. It is really helping the pain in her lower back tho. I did get a splinter in my hand when I brushed against the joint. The "lumbar support pillow" is a joke but you don't really need that when you are hanging upside down. So, I am satisfied. It has done what I need it to do. I'm sure the more expensive units have better ankle straps but for the money this is very good.

Worked Great. Packaging and Assembly OK
Before receiving this, I was a little nervous about some of the negative reviews regarding packaging, instructions and assembly. Maybe I was lucky or maybe this vendor has corrected past problems but packaging was good quality with all parts individually wrapped and in new condition. Hardware was well wrapped or in blister pack with a hex and allen wrench included. Instructions included multiple pages of step by step and a very clear parts list. Putting it together took me about 45 minutes. The most challenging part was mounting the four feet which are held on by machine screws which fit into threaded holes in the frame. Alignment of the feet and threaded holes had to be very exact in order for the screws to thread in. But this is typical of any machine screw mounted hardware. Once this was completed, remaining assembly was not unlike many other things I've had to assemble in the past. The table worked as advertised - foot rests were comfortable and adjustments for height and foot rest spacing were straight forward. The adjustable foot rest had to be pulled out and rotated 90 degrees for the right orientation. My guess it was shipped this way to minimize space. I have liked the benefits of this table so far. After only three uses, I can feel less pain in my back and hips. For the money it was a great deal. It does fold but the handles will still take up some space. You'd have to have sufficient room in a closet for it to go there.

Big Improvement!
My kids and I bought this for my husband, who's been working 25+ yrs in heavy construction. His back is shot. MANY yrs of suffering with bulging discs, MANY yrs of going to chiropractors, MANY yrs of trying pills to relieve the pain. It was to the point he was walking around looking like a ?. Now, he's not 100% cured, BUT he's walking straight and the pain in down to a minimal. He uses it 3-4 times a day, for a few short minutes at a time. He's happy with the results... his family is happy to see him feeling a little more comfortable. For us worth every penny!! The set up wasn't too bad, the kids (19&21) put it together for him. If you've been suffering, I say it's worth a try.
