Will it fit a Sprite Alpine 4 2019 which is just over 21 feet

This didn't fit my Bailey Unicorn external length van of just under 21ft. Came up too short. When I had to return the item it cost me over £11 for the courier as its so heavy. The seller didn't reply to my repeated requests for them to pay the return p&p as the item was misdescribed. It says it will fit a 21ft but it didn't. Seller said the advice if you are on the maximum length is to go bigger but it doesn't say that in the advert and the general caravan advice is NOT to go bigger as this leaves a lot of spare material to flap about and catch the wind causing possible damage to the van. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

What is the weight of this cover?

19 foot cover, have not weighed but no difficulty carrying it, probably around 10Kg.

Is it waterproof or water resistant ?

Water resistant but appears to keep caravan dry even in heavy rain. After a winter under cover caravan is clean with no sign of any green or dirty patches on roof.

Will this fit a 19 ft caravan or am I best getting the 19-21 ft size

Dont think it would fit better going for 19 21.i fitted mine on a 2 berth coachman only a small amount of material left at the rear not enough to stretch to 19ft
