Broke in just over a month
The product is extremely comfortable just like the original. fits perfectly in the six point lift hard hats. Purchase this February 24th received it 3 days later. It is March 28, put my hard hat on this morning made one click adjustment and it felt like something broke in the knob and now the band the slides in and out of the bracket with the knob. Hopefully there's a warranty for this I will edit this post with more information as I have contacted lip safety for warranty.Edit... Contacted seller and they responded within a day and sent a replacement. So far so good with replacement. Excellent customer service!!!

Fits my husbands MSA Skullguard hard hat perfectly (after a small tweak), you just have to cut out the 5th and 6th center supports and remove. He says it feels great wearing it daily for 8+ hours! Treat yourself don’t cheat yourself.

Great For the Price- however lower quality than regular hard hats
Something that is good to know is that these are quality products. The comfort is great. We really do like it. However, we have gone through 3 of these just installing them in the hard hat simply because some of the hardware in the insert is plastic and breaks easily. Not used to not being able to be a little rough with construction gear so I broke 1, 1 was defective which the manufacture took care of, but only after I brought it to the sellers attention.so yes i recommend.

Plastic pieces are bent and will not last to support the harness, i got two with bent plastic pieces not worth it.
