I am a back sleeper and I noticed the Marriott pillows always felt great when I stayed in the Marriott hotels. After having pillow issues for a few months now, I finally searched for them and found them here on Amazon. So far after a few nights on them I am very satisfied with these pillows. They feel very similar to the Marriott pillows--if not exactly the same. I have noticed now however that every few days these pillows need to be fluffed up a bit in order to go back to their normal shape. This is obviously something I did not experience at the hotels because housekeeping would remake the bed each night.Another thing you will want to do when you get the pillow is let it air out for a few hours. They do have a bit of a smell when they first come out of the plastic package they are shipped in. I think this is the plastic itself smelling and not the pillow. I do not notice the smell on the pillow any more after three days of use.Dimensions can be seen in the photos I have attached.Remember there are options to order a PAIR (2) or a single pillow. I ordered a pair and they both were identical.Pros:*Very similar if not exactly the same as the Marriott pillows*Soft, sinking comfort. This body pillow is very soft to the touch, but it is a bit heavy. I tend to toss and turn most of the night and dragging this new pillow over my body to place an the other side sometime is a bit difficult for me (I'm 65). But, I'm still happy with my purchase as the pillow is very long and would fit a body larger then my 5.6 frame.

I have what I affectionately term "Princess Pea Head". I can sleep on a rock, sitting up, small spaces, outdoors....it doesn't matter. I can sleep just about anywhere. AS LONG as I have a decent pillow. Otherwise I wake up with migraines and have the worst time getting to sleep---often going two nights without any sleep at all. It can be on the best bed in the world, without a decent pillow it's agony. With a good supportive pillow under my head and neck, I'm golden. I can sleep for 8 hours straight--- wake up refreshed and ready to take on the world. However, finding a good pillow is like the quest for the legendary city of Cibola.These pillows did it for me. I've been on a pillow quest for years. All the other pillows I've bought from Amazon have been crap that flattens out after a week. It made me mad I even paid for garbage like that. These pillows? Still fluffy a month later. Fluff back up with a few shakes and punches. They're comfortable, supportive and they last. I don't have to buy one every week! That being said? I need to stock up so I can enjoy this bliss for years to come.EDITWell, it's September 2014 and I'm back for more pillows. I LOVE these pillows...My others are still good, I just normally replace my pillows every few months, and you should every 6, but these are still going strong. It's past time to replace them, though.

So soft! Feels like sleeping on a feather cloud. I love it!

UPDATE 9-2-20I just bought another, and BE CAREFUL! This is a Morning Star trying to be passed off as a Mastertex. The pillow tag has no brand name on it, as my original one does, and says made in China.***The real Mastertex, no knockoffs.Wow! If I could find my picture of the 4' high pile of pillows I finally got rid of 2 mo ago, I'd post it. For years, and years, did I say years?, I have bought so many different type pillows, just to waste so much money & sleepless nights & body aches. The best pillow I ever had previous to this one was a ventilated memory foam, but it got too hot at times. Now, that type pillow has been replaced by a more latex form. I've had it for maybe 10 years though, until it got too flat from just pure love use. I wanted something that had the same softness & support without the heat though. I remembered that I did like ONE pillow before the memory foam, but couldn't remember the name. So I went back to KMart & had a worker there help me with the name. Alas, Mastertex came up in her handheld stock checker, but they didnt have any. So I looked it up on Amazon & found it!! It's so soft on the head, but yet so supportive, without pushing the head up. It conforms to every position. It's been 5 mos, with multiple tossings in the dryer. I do have to give in & finally wash it, and hoping it's still wonderful after. Again, YEARS!!! OMG!!! Just buy this thing already!!BEWARE, it must say Mastertex on the tag. Best bet, buy through KMART.
