Addis Black 25Lt Plastic Roll Top Waste Rubbish Bin

I bought this to replace an Addis bin which has started to discolour after a few years , However it is not as sturdy as the old bin , also it does not have the room at the top to tuck the liner in out of site, which the old one did , so not as good design.

It was the right size, colour, I wanted a lid that will stay open on its own, until I was ready to close it, so you did not need to open it all the time. But after 2 weeks the frame of the bin cracked, it's very thin, it then broke, so now the lid keeps falling off because of this. It was then that I remember the promise to myself, not to buy a plastic bin, the lid is always the first to break, such a shame.

This was purchased to match two other bins the same size and worked perfectly well under the counter top. Very easy to place rubbish in, and meant the bin was emptied frequently rather than gathering smells over a long period of time. There aren't many in my family so i didn't have to empty it until approx 4 days.

Bin arrived very dirty...

The last one of these I bought lasted ten years so I am hoping this will too.
