Windmachine only
Had one growing up because the top floor could never seem to get enough ac, I've been through tower fans, ceiling fans, stand up fans you name it and as an adult, find myself coming back to old reliable. Love the price. Love how long lasting. The one I used in my younger years was a hand me down from my brother's and lasted me three years after however long they wrecked havok on them for. Tried the fancy remote tower fans, the highest setting was to low and I mistakenly thought if it was pricier it would be more efficient, not the case. So now I have one in our bedroom and one in my workout room and they are amazing and I hope this style stays around and this company because for literally generations, this fan isn't too loud for me, produces 3 options that are all useful (low sleeping, high working out) in between cheap and pricy and works better than the over priced ones. It's a win. As long as it's around I will never want another fan.

My favorite fan -- ever.
I just bought TWO to replace the ONE my father gave me in 2017 that finally died last summer (2023). There IS no better non-oscillating fan, in my opinion. I only add the non-oscillating part because my husband sleeps with one of those fans that goes back and forth, and after years of The Great Fan Debate we've just decided they're totally separate categories. Here's why this one is the best;1. It's a serious trooper. My parents had theirs for years before they gave it to ME. Then it performed flawlessly even when moved frequently and used OFTEN. The ONLY reason it finally died was harassment from a truly demented Siamese cat moving at high speed doing things the manufacturer NEVER intended. Just...trust me on this.2. The air flow is AMAZING. It moves so much air so evenly that I STILL say it makes oscillating just plain unnecessary, and that's on "low". I put this in a room at one end of the house and push air through from one end of the house to the other, steadily but unobtrusively on the ground floor. The 2nd fan is upstairs (one very large bedroom).3. The versatility is stupendous. You can mount it on a wall, or you can almost effortlessly just pick it up and put it in any room. It tilts and stays precisely at the angle you put it at.Like most larger fans, it takes a bit of time to take it apart and clean it. No, not my favorite chore, BUT I honestly don't see how they could make it easier to take apart to clean without sacrificing the durability. And I'd rather have these fans that will last a LONG time (said Siamese cat has found other obsessions) than one of my husband's easier to clean fans that MAYBE last 2 years before they start to wobble or just break. They're not silent, but I really don't care. On "low" it's not much louder than a house fan, heat, or a/c, and the only times I've turned it on medium or high were to just SKIP a/c during a heat wave or dry a shampooed carpet. Yup, it moves enough air for THAT.

Great fan!
This fan is great. It’s easy to pick up and move around and it puts out plenty of air. I purchased it to get some air in a room that I am painting but it has come in handy for other things as well. It’s also a great price.

Lasko makes unbeatable fans and this unit is no exception.
I have purchased two of these superb floor fans. They have the high flow rate of a big box fan yet are controllable like a smaller unit. You can't beat Lasko fans in residential applications. I used to be a fan (pun intended) of the "H" branded fans but, in my opinion, they have dramatically deteriorated in quality over time, feeling like they are manufactured to a price point. Two of that brand's fans have had their stand break on me over the past 5 years. This great Lasko fan puts out tremendous volume. It is not, however, a high velocity fan. Too much emphasis is placed on speed, I believe. It is volume that matters in most instances and this unit puts it out in spades. My only suggestion for improvement involves the friction knobs holding the orientation of the fan. If you move the angle of the fan up or down without loosening the knobs first, they have a tendency to either self-tighten or loosen depending on the direction you rotate the fan head. This forces you to loosen and then tighten the knobs every time you want to move the fan up or down. It isn't a big deal and not enough to knock the review score down. Very recommended.

Well made, worked advertised
This Wind Machine model 3300 worked as advertised. It appears to be well made (all plastic but very sturdy) and light weigh enough to be easy to carry around. The power settings (1-3) performed as expected for inside home use. Lowest setting passes adequate air flow and highest setting moves a lot of air. It is great for circulating air in or through rooms and hallways. It is reasonably quiet on each of the three power settings. The tilt function works very well. The only downside is. . . I haven't tried it yet but it appears to be difficult to disassemble for cleaning purposes. I would purchase again if I needed to.

Huge fan for cheap
Powerful, and quiet for the amount of air it moves. Super simple and light

Build to last
Great fan, the first lasted over 6 years before making a squeaky, loud noise. Still works, but too loud for sleep, so I bought the same model. I won't switch when this one lasted so long.
