Halo Ammo Crate Lunch Box

My son absolutely loved it! The sandwich bag got stained on the outside from the sandwiches, but the inside was very easy to clean!

My Kindergartner uses it for school. Fits a good lunch, I wouldn't recommend it if your child is rough with things as the latch feels a bit fragile.

Using it as a prop for my son's room. Smaller than what I though but it'sK.

Sweet little ammo box lunch box. I bought it for storing BOOMco HALO clips and darts. The MRE sandwich pouch is nifty but the tin is a bit too thin of a gauge, with its tall rectangular shape, to survive without getting dented up. Might not last with a child, but a caring adult can use it without damage. All in all, I love it.

I was actually really dissapointed. This may be my own fault. I paid a decent amount of money for this. I bought it for my gamer boyfriend, with the intention of him packing his lunch in it. I suppose if I packed him some pizza rolls, a soda, and a small bag of chips, you could say it would fit a lunch. However he IS a man, with a physical job. He normally packs his lunch in an Igloo cooler. I'm talking leftover steak with mashed potatoes and beans. Multiple bottles of water to keep his 6ft self hydrated. There is no way that's going to fit. The graphics are pretty equivalent to what you find on the 10 buck lunchboxes at Wal-Mart. This is his birthday gift.... so now I am rushing to Specs to find tiny bottles of liquor that will fit. Maybe he can keep his batteries in here or something. This is not going to win me girlfriend of the year AT ALL like I fantasized about.... if he is completely amazed by it, I'll update my review, if not, arm yourselves with more amazing gifts. This is like the opening act for the opening act, for the band you came to see.Update: He actually thought it was pretty cool. He did state there was no way he could use it for lunch but said he would find a use for it.2nd Update: The use he found for it was to decorate a closet shelf. He did find the liquor I placed inside of it much more delightful.Update: 6 years later he has started using it to carry little items around when he travels for work. Still a girlfriend though.

My son loves this, and it looks pretty easy to clean! I like that the lid is hinged so it won't get lost. I'll keep an eye on the extra clasp that keeps the lid closed. It isn't huge, which works well for us. We'll see if this lasts the 2-3 years I would like for it to!

Very cool and top quality for a lunch box!

I was very disappointed with the cheap quality and build of this “lunch box”. We bought cookies and candies in tin boxes at Costco which were made much better than this silly item. Don’t waste your money!
