Highly recommend
This is my favorite pregnancy underwear! They’re comfortable and not tight, and the fabric is soft enough that they can fold without losing shape. Perfect for everyday wear during pregnancy—I’ve been really happy with them.

I’m a fan but they do run HUGE
I loved these for my first pregnancy, and the lady at the store had warned me that they ran very large. Before pregnancy, I’m a size 10-12 at Loft, L in most pants/leggings/underwear, SOMETIMES an XL, definitely L in Jockey. So last time around, I opted for medium in these, and was happy. Currently I’m 6 months pregnant, and my old mediums are too large, so I ordered small. All day, I’ve worn them with shorts (after washing in cold and drying on low heat), and they stayed in place and felt fantastically light and non-pinching. As soon as I put on a nightshirt, i.e. no pants, they start kind of sliding around again. I think the issue isn’t just sizing but the fabric. In trying to make underwear that gives and doesn’t pull too tight against swollen thighs and baby bumps, the company has gone a little too far and chosen fabric perhaps too stretchy. I mean, they don’t tug or fit tightly ANYWHERE. Honestly, though, I will be using these and probably ordering again. It’s nice that they don’t leave a pantyline across the butt, and you have the option to flip the band lower under your bump. If I remember correctly, they got more comfortable and easier to wear when I was a bit bigger/further along, so maybe I switched to maternity underwear a bit early, when I could have just sized up my regular underwear a while. I would not recommend these if you’re in single digit pant sizes or don’t have a rounder butt - I think they’d be tough to size.

Overall a great option if looking for comfort
Great maternity underwear! I went a size up to make sure they were loose fitting (ordered an XL) for the most comfort in my third trimester. My only complaint is the crotch is a little narrow, but other than that they are lightweight, breathable, and super comfy. Not restrictive at all. I also like the wide waistband that doesn’t dig into my skin. I didn’t notice any shrinkage after washing, which is nice.

great comfy maternity underwear
I'm very picky about underwear and there always seems to be something wrong with a thousand brands. Leg holes too small or have cheese wire like leg elastics that cut into groin, waistbands wrong, backside coverage wrong. I am 12 weeks pregnant, 5,4, normally wear a size Large underwear (Pact brand), 45" hips. I got a size large Motherhood maternity underwear in the tan color (I mention the color because it seems dark colors of any lingerie runs smaller due to the dyeing process). Washed them and dried them hot because that's how I launder our undergarments. These don't even need to be "broken in". Just comfortable right from the get go, super happy with soft waistband, does not fall down or roll. The underwear did stretch out a little during day but not to the tune of flapping. There might have been a littttle creep once they got a little larger but it was hardly anything. Trust me, I'm only going to get bigger and they will fit even better. I have a c section scar from a previous pregnancy and underwear elastics usually all migrate to the incision site and aggravate it. This doesn't do that and I am SO GRATEFUL. I will buy more for sure. I might even continue wearing a smaller size postpartum because the band is so great - why don't more brands have yoga style underwear bands. Hope this helps. I would say the sizing is true to size if I'm in a large and bought a large. It might be slightly larger than a larger but not even half a size, just a hint.

Very comfortable!
I am currently 8 months pregnant and was originally looking for some panties for my labor & delivery hospital bag. So my first purchase of these I got in a size L. They are LARGE but look like they will work fine for comfort right after birth. The material is soft & breathable, and I like them so much that I made a second purchase in a size M in hopes that I could wear them now with my 8 month bump. THEY ARE AMAZING! Still pretty roomy, comfortable, and above all they are CUTE! They aren't ugly nor do they look granny-panty. I went ahead and ordered a third pack in M just to have more. I highly recommend these and did not have a single issue with ordering, size, or delivery.

Comfortable yet thick…
The material is a very soft cotton, but they are not seamless so you can expect a line if you wear with leggings or tighter material pants. They tend to bunch and slip down on me due to the belly and possibly for sizing up (XL instead of usual L). I constantly have to pull the sides and back up during the day. They are also on the thicker side, so I’ve noticed anytime I wear them the upper stomach/bikini area collects moisture. It is winter, and my job tends to keep the heat on during the day so that could be it too!

So comfortable!!
I LOVE these!!! I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and decided to order a large. They’re a little big, but so comfortable and will last for the remainder of my pregnancy. Best maternity purchase ever!

Comfortable
These were the only underwear that was comfortable through the end of pregnancy. I bought one pack about halfway through and came back quickly for another. The quality is nice and they never got see-through or threadbare so I would say they’re definitely worth it.

Excelente!

I bought these last year for my last pregnancy and were great. Bought again (from same seller) but the brand was different (mama cotton) not as comfortable or durable as old ones. Very disappointed
