Not good for movement
I was looking for something I could wear without anything underneath, for cycling (with a pair of regular shorts over the top). I ride a recumbent bike and do not want the cycling-specific shorts with the "chamois" that are padded for standard bicycle seats. So I bought a 2-pack of these shorts. They will definitely not work for this purpose:- They are shorter than I expected from the pictures. I want something that comes down a bit farther, more like cycling shorts.- They are too tight for me (I'm usually around a medium/large or 10/12 for bottoms, US sizes, so I would think a "one size fits all" would work for me, since I'm kind of mid-range).- They were not going to stay down while cycling. I didn't actually try them on the bike, but I put them on and moved around a bit, and they were creeping up my legs, to the point where they were bunched up at the tops of my legs after just a few seconds of motion.- They have a seam that goes from the inner left leg, across the center of the crotch, to the inner right leg. This would definitely not be comfortable for cycling or any other movement without wearing something else underneath. What were they thinking?I'm not going to bother to return them because they were inexpensive (easier to just donate to the thrift store), but if you're my size or thereabouts, and are looking for something you can wear next to your skin and move around, I don't recommend these shorts. After I placed the order for these shorts, I was in Macy's and saw a new product (new to me anyway) from Jockey called "Skimmies Slipshorts". I bought a pair (size medium; large also fit OK but I figured they might stretch out?). I tried them out on a 20 mile bike ride today, and they were quite good. They have a nice cotton gusset that goes all the way down the legs, no seams in that area, and they stayed in place just fine. I've also used Andiamo liners in the past, but the last pair I bought was too tight (same size I had gotten before) and they don't have the cotton gusset, so I think the Jockey Skimmies are better. I noticed they come in wicking fabric too and might try that, but the standard ones I bought seemed fine today (it wasn't very hot though). I'll have to try them a few more times to make sure I like them, then get a few more pairs.

Perfect for certain occasions
I was looking for something to wear under a skirt or dress and this is perfect. I think it'd serve well for lounging at home or as sleepwear but I'm not too sure you want to wear this outside. It's a really thin tights without the tightness. It actually feels light, thin and loose which is perfect for above-mentioned purposes. The picture looks like it comes down to mid-thigh but it's actually really short. Just couple of inches longer than boyshorts. I'm 142 lbs 5'7" and size was not a problem. It's not tight on me and quite comfortable. Great price for two pairs. If you bought this for exercising you might have to reconsider. Even if you're OK with exercising in really short pants the material is quite thin so might not be so substantial.

Exceeded Expectations!!
I purchased these to wear under short, skimpy costumes where I wanted more coverage than panties, but I didn't want the bulk of bike shorts. I'm 5'5", and wear an 8/10. When I pulled them from the package, I had my doubts about "once size fitting all" since they were SO tiny. But, fit they did! And they held up through a parade and endless hours of dancing! I would not wear these alone to a public gym or run around the block - they are far too clingy and revealing (at least at my size). But for exercising at home, or for wearing under skirts, they are just fine. Plus, you get two to a pack! Well worth the money!

Fits Well, But Too Thin to Wear Out in Public
I ordered these for my 15 year old daughter. She's 5'7" and weighs about 130 pounds. The fit is fine. The fabric is a little on the thin side. I was hoping she would be able to wear these to marching band camp, but it is see through enough that you can see her underwear. So instead she's wearing them around the house and under skirts or dresses. They are made well and they are very comfortable.

Good for the cost...
These shorts are okay for the cost. They run kinda big as I am usually a size medium and had to return these and get size small. The fabric is NOT an athletic fabric such as Lycra or Spandex - they are made of cotton. To me, this makes them less breathable when doing hot weather work outs and also makes them prone to pilling, but its manageable. They would be better for yoga or lighter work outs like walking or light biking, but anything heavier like running or heavy biking and they make me feel hot and don't wick moisture.

Comfy
The reviews were pretty decent on these so right off the bat I bought two two packs of the black. They are really comfortable. They are a nice length and are pretty stretchy. I got these to wear to sleep under large t-shirts and night gowns. They are a bit sheer when stretched so not sure how they would hold up during workouts. They also roll up a bit around the thighs but that really can't be helped I suppose. One size option doesn't seem to be able to fit all. I weigh 135 and like I said these are a nice fit for me.

These shorts are perfect for wearing under a skirt for a night out
These shorts are perfect for wearing under a skirt for a night out. They aren't bulky, so they fit well under tight skirts. These could also be used under work skirts when it's too hot for pantyhose. I didn't give them 5 stars because they frayed a little bit when I used safety pins to attach my skirt to the bottom of the shorts. I would not wear these by themselves as they are a bit sheer.

Exactly what I needed, great price!
I was looking for little shorts like these to wear under shorter skirts and dresses, especially for activities like hiking where I move around a lot. When I saw these I was excited about the price but cautious of the "one size "...I usually wear a 12-14 in jeans depending on the brand, and when I pulled the shorts out, they looked like they would fit my 12 year old daughter, but they fit me great, they pulled on easily and didn't bind at all! They did exactly what I hoped for, and while they could have been a little thicker or softer to be more "perfect ", I don't have a single complaint, getting a two pack for $11 is a deal for these!
