Inexpensive and accurate
In my line of expertise, it's critical to know how thick the material I'm working with is, but I can't always get a direct measurement. This fills that void without spending $1000 for something I'll use a couple times a year. Does not come with coupling solution, but I learned hand sanitizer works beautifully and is easy to clean after use.

Returned after I couldn’t make it work
Ended u returning it because it would calibrate, but would not register a thickness when applied to anything other than the calibration metal. I use these every day at the race shop I work at, but this one is impossible to use.

Impossible to Calibrate, 4 Techs all tried but nobody could get it to work
I may have gotten a bad unit, not sure - but even though I got this as part of the Vine Program I am going to return it as we messed around for over an hour and literally could not get it to function.THAT said, it is of course, likely that i got a bad one (stuff happens) but regardless, based on the unit I received I have no choice but to give 1 star, sorry.
