I added these daily to my fiber regimen. They seem to work well, small convenient size. I personally open the capsule & add to my fiber shake each morning. Will continue to purchase.

Price is Right, maybe not micronized or whatever other brands claim but seems to be a factor in keeping white blood cell count down, ask your provider about suchimmune modulators,found in oatmeal in smaller absorb-able amounts, some brands process BetaGlu cans from certain fungus so, note that if someone has fungus reactions or is allergic to mushrooms, some brands may cause reactions.

I have been taking these for eight months as of the date of this review, and I feel noticeably better when I take them. I have not gotten sick ever since I started taking these. I also take these on an alternating basis and in conjunction with AHCC and colloidal silver.
