Works very well

So I heard a lot about flocking car dashboards and mine was in rough shape (80 Monte Carlo). And I decided to try it and it looks 100x better. However I took the advice or another review and bought some Rustoleum paint to use in place of their adhesive because the can I bought was not nearly enough to do the whole thing (Atleast not for my purpose) and I’m am very satisfied with how it came out. Looks great and is fairly easy to use

Recieved 4 days earlier than expected

Took a few tries on test pieces but i got it now.Apply the adhesive liberally. Don't worry too much about brush strokes( don't let the painter in you take over) and just cover so surfaces.Fill the tube (bought seperately) half way or more... and dump a ton on the bottom first, then hit the sides really thick. Anything that doesn't stick will fall to the bottom or in the corners. LET IT DRY AT LEAST 24HRS before you shake the excess out. I waited 15hr and blew it out and brush some more and it pulled the flocking out ( it's hot here too so it should have been dry by then). I tested another piece and let it sit 48hrs before cleaning it up and it looks much better.

It said nylon fiber , after using material their was a tag in bottom of bag that said rayon fiber black , Amazon gave me 100% money back for material because it stated Nylon in ad . Hope it works on decoys and they get ad corrected a lot of work went into this

I found out about this process/product from some YouTube videos on woodworking projects, and it sounded perfect for some machinist toolboxes I was making for my three sons and I for Christmas. It was easy to apply and then coat with the fibers using the pump tool. (You will need to order the puffer pump, adhesive and flocking together the first time). I was doing a lot, so I ordered a whole pound of fiber and 3 cans of adhesive. I masked off what I didn't want flocked before applying the adhesive paint. It was much easier than felt and had better results.

This product couldn't be easier to apply and the results, ever after the first attempt are amazing. I used it for a band saw box I made that had a minimally finished interior. The flocking hid all the flaws and looks professionally applied. Has the appearance of felt. I bought a point. That is a lot; I doubt if I will use it up in my lifetime, even though I plan to make many boxes.

Needed additional flock for a dashboard, the kits seemed to not offer enough. I bought an off brand bag of flock on my first attempt and the dash almost ended up in the trash. I managed to salvage it and try again, the Donjer flock applied flawlessly. Adhesion and finish were exactly what I was hoping for.
