This is awesome.
Awesome, durable, good battery, keeps things cold, bait alive, doubles as a keeper cooler. Son bought it for his creek boat, now takes it pond fishing as well. Aerator keeps bait alive

More than just a bait pale
Best bait station ever. My son and I will use the cast net early in the morning to capture bait. This bucket is amazing. We live in South Carolina and saltwater fish a minimum of three times a week. This bucket does not heat up. It maintains its temperature and our bait remains alive all day without water changes. We even put the bait pale through another test. We took a trip to Cincinnati, and my son picked out two saltwater fish at a local pet store that were about 6 inches in length. Both fish remained in the bucket for 7 days before we decided to make the 10 hour drive home to Charleston, SC. The bucket did exactly as promised, and exceeded our expectations. Both fish made the journey and are now living in a 125 gallon aquarium in the kitchen. So this bait bucket is perfect for those of us that fish as well as for the person with an aquarium looking for a safe way to transport their newly acquired pet.

Great product!! Saltwater tested.
This bait well is awesome!! I used it this past weekend to keep some extra live shrimp alive and they survived the whole weekend🤙🏼 Great alternative to an expensive bilge livewell I would suggest this one to anyone who uses live bait. I do a lot of flats fishing the 19 qt is a good size for my smaller boat and doesn’t take up too much space. The aereator that it comes with also has seals hasn’t gotten messed up from the Florida rain so that’s great too. Expect it to last a while might do a video on my YouTube channel in a couple months about it with an update on how it’s held up. This was a great buy for me hopefully it will work well for you as well. Tight lines boys(and gals) !!!@greenebasedfishing

One serious minnow bucket
Frabill has a very good product here. I bought the Magnum bait station for crappie fishing a watershed behind my house. I purchased the 19 qt version because I wanted enough capacity to fish for a weekend. I asked for 4 dozen minnows and the bait shop owner threw about twice that many in there. He told me that they were the last of his bait from last week, as it was delivery day, and to expect to lose a few. This Frabill bait station has kept those minnows alive for three days with only one water change! That’s plenty good enough in my book. Frabill aerators are always good and this one is built into the lid so it isn’t snagging or hanging up on something which is why I ultimately purchased this particular bait holder. Seems well built and sturdy. The only change I would recommend is the air stone. This thing deserves something better than the standard little 1”x3/4” cylinder type air stone. I ugraded mine straight away. If you believe the liveliest bait catches more fish then this is for you.

Great container for minnows
My son loves this! It works great! But the motor stopped working not long after he got it. We will have to replace it. But it really is great!

Does it’s job!
This is a great bait tank. It’s a perfect size for plenty of live bait yet able to put in the floor of my bass boat with room to spare. I gave it five stars because that’s what the tank deserves, however I do agree with previous comments that Frabill could have put a little better quality clamps on it. They work fine, but compared to another brand tank I have, and the high quality of this tank, the clamps could have been a little more heavy duty. Having said that, that isn’t a deal breaker. I do recommend this bait tank, you won’t be disappointed.

Aerator is junk
We used this bait cooler for only approx. 2 weeks then we had an issue with plugging in the 110v adapter, which we purchased separately. We unscrewed the "integrated" aerator from the cooler lid and opened it to investigate why the adapter wouldn't work. The whole inside components of the aerator was nothing but RUST, causing all the wiring and adapter "pin" to break off ! This thing is junk. How are you supposed to carry the bait box, load it into and out of our truck and boat without water sloshing ??Obviously the aerator box does not have a good seal so water does get inside them wreaks total havoc on the working parts. It's a shame this is such a poor design because we loved how well the cooler kept the water and minnows fresh but the necessary aerator is what failed. Frabill Quality control needs to look into this. I returned it but I'm holding my breath to see if the 3rd party seller will honor my refund request.

Great Bait keeper
I used this for minows of different size. Crappie and Bass minnows. I would buy them a pound at a time from local bait shop and was able to keep them alive till I used them all. A pound of Crappie minnows is about 10 dozen and bass minnows is around 6 dozen. The longest I keep them without changing water or doing anything was 3 days in this. During that time I did lose 2. but out of 3 weeks of using minnows those are the only 2 I lost. I usually tried to change the water every other day even when I didn't go fishing. Of course when I went fishing I changed it out every day. This is a great product and I haven't had any issues with the pump. I would run it on AC power at the house and battery on the boat. I just bought me a AC to 3V DC power adapter for it with multiple tips to make sure one tip would work. I would recommend buying this or a smaller one if you wish to keep bait alive for long period of time.
