Beautiful chair, poor construction and customer service.
Poor construction or workmanship. The wood arm separated/cracked from the main frame after less than a year of extremely limited use and the manufacturer couldn’t be reached for a replacement. Disappointing since the style and leather is great.

Beautiful chair but the leather is thinnnnnn....
The chair looks beautiful, and the woodwork seems well constructed and well put together. The leather, however, seems very thin and stiff, with the feel of dry paper. It is not rich and buttery like the photos (or the price) might indicate. If the leather was what we imagined, we would have given it five stars.
