TRINITY 4-Tier NSF Wire Wheels and Liners Shelving Rack Black, 48W x 18D x 72H,

This shelf came with a lot of broken plastic parts. At first I thought I got a re-packaged item because of that. Even filed for a return authorization. My son had assembled one of these before and said that the broken plastic parts are NOT needed to assemble the rack. He was correct. These plastic parts appear to be to protect the shelf during shipment. After that, the only confusion during assembly was what the pole connector part is. These are screwed into the top half of the poles. The instruction booklet shows them, but does not say that these are not in the plastic bags holding all other hardware for assembly. Once I figured it out, the rest of the assembly was relatively simple. In the end, I am happy with this shelf purchase.

Bought these for work and assembled them after the boss left for the day as a surprise. Only to discover that we had an issue with the screw-in insert between two of the top poles and bottom poles (two seemed to be cross threaded, or, very crooked). Called the help line, they said to hold the pole(s) about a foot over the floor and let them drop onto the screwed in insert (which I couldn't budge by hand) and let the impact 're-seat' the screwed in part. After a couple of good whacks, they both 'clicked' perfectly into place! A little hand tightening and it threaded perfectly onto the other pole and we finished putting up the shelving units with no long wait for a replacement part! My boss came in the next day and was delighted with the newly organized storage room instead of a jumbled room of junk. A big win-win-win! Thank you for making me look awesome!

Good shelving, Sturdy, clean-looking - can use in a living room if you're OK with industrial style.(Reason for 4 stars instead of 5: Partly disabled right now, putting the top half together was a chore for me. Injured shoulders make it hard to lift and maneuver heavy things above shoulder height. If Trinity could find a way to allow separate assembly of bottom and top halves, then joining the two assembled halves, it would make it easier for disabled or short people to put a rack of this height together. All that's needed is the ability to rotate the poles smoothly within the stop-clips.)

Great shelf unit for the price, that's until they stopped shopping for free. It's nice and heavy duty. Needed shelving that was affordable to organize extra room used for storage. Bought one shelf unit to see how it'd work out. Loved it. When went back to order more, found the price had increased by seven dollars and shipping was no longer free. Now the shelf unit is almost $50 more. Had to hold off purchasing the shelf unit. Boo-hoo.

I have had this boxed up for about a month, just not expecting much. WOW....what a shock...this is DEFINITELY top quality. When compared to our other shelving units that we have from a local box store for about the same money....no contest...these have a much heavier duty construction as well as the accessories included....A TRUE BARGAIN....WILL BE BUYING MORE.

I'm busy right now but I know im pissed enough to make everything else wait...This unit received is not the unit promised... This is an amazon sold and shipped product which makes this even worse.In short, you can buy the same unit at your local hardware store for a lot less. over $50 less!The unit advertised in the listing here is for a 3200 LB capacity 800LB per shelf unit with only using the legs and not the caster wheels. This is 200 LBs per shelf more capacity the any similiar unit i could find in the hardware store so i opted to spend the extra $50 and get the extra capacity since i'll be using easily ~500 LBs per shelf.Understand my anger here when i received the unit I opened it up and other than the occasional scuff on the black powder, the instructions clearly are labeled showing 600Lbs per shelf max capacity.That means the unit cannot attain the extra capacity which would define the increased price.I'm keeping it at this point simply due to a time constraint.BUT BE WARNED! IT IS NOT ACTUALLY RATED TO 800LBS PER SHELF!

Not as heavy-duty as some but in this price range it's what you get (the heavy-duty models are twice the money). Works good and had all the parts it was supposed to have - but there are no wheels included with this one.Works with the Honey-Can-Do SHF-01939 4-Inch Caster Wheels.

One of the best shelving units we have ever purchased. Easy to assemble, all parts fit great. The wheels are much better in person than is depicted in the photos. They are super sturdy and move around concrete extremely well. Two have locking features which work and hold the system in place. The shelves are super strong and I enjoy having the liners. If needed we would purchase these again.

Easy assembly and it is really nice and solid when constructed. The wheels work beautifully. But If I had to order one again, I would order a shorter one, cause once you hang grow lights on it, its a little blinding shining from the upper shelves; also, the upper shelves make it hard to see seedlings without a step stool. I know the shelves are adjustable, and I could have lowered all the shelves, but then everything is too close together once you hang lights and things start to grow taller (like tomatoes, zinnias and tomatillos). Just me, maybe, cause Im only 5'3". But something to think about. (I have planted all my pants outside now so rack looks a little bare - but this rack holds alot of plants!).

Good quality shelf very easy to assemble and fast shipping. Would definitely buy again when I need more
