Worked well. We were looking into buying a house next to some high voltage power lines. We tested our current house (not near high voltage power lines) and it showed no signals in the house. But when we checked the house near the high voltage lines, there was a constant magnetic field signal in any part of the house. So it gave us the information to decide whether we wanted to buy the house. (we did not)Also shows how everyday things in your house have electric and magnetic fields when turned on. Such as microwaves, wifi routers, and fans. But they only give off elecric/magentic fields within a foot or so.

Can set up the range of measurement which is a plus. Still working on testing it and see how long it last but so far very satisfied with the money I spent

This device is nearly useless. Worse yet, it is misleading. When exposed to electric fields higher then ~490 V/m (such as under a high-voltage AC transmission line) this device displays "0.0" and shows "GOOD" as the status instead of indicating an out-of-range (overload) condition. Meanwhile, the magnetic field reading appears to vary substantially and has very poor correlation to other EMF meters, including other Meterk EMF meters. Consequently, I would say this device is useful only as a child's toy.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I didn't quite know what to expect, given the typical quality of Chinese products. I am happy to say that the METERK EMF tester pleasantly surprised me. The information I found after testing my phones and laptops wasn't as pleasant, though.Advantages:- A good quality, very readable manual (attached images). Contains step-by-step instructions on how to properly use the device.- I was able to use 3 AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries with no problems. I don't always have alcaline batteries around, but always have rechargeables.- The features offered are useful to fulfill quite a few purposes. Someone actually spent the time understanding how people may use it! For example, measuring the fields instantaneously vs. average vs. maximum. R measuring the temperature in degrees Celsius vs. Fahrenheit. Or setting the alarm if a pre-set value is exceeded.- Good form factor, the device is comfortable to hold and control with one hand.- Device can be stood upright in case you just wanted to use it for temperature measurements.- Display can be backlit.Disadvantages :- The features are not entirely intuitive. I find that I need to refer to the manual to change settings, but the manual is in fact easy to follow.- Because of the point above, the EMF tester must be stored with the manual. I intend to store mine in the box, but it may be useful to either (1) add labels to buttons, or (2) add a small table on the back of the tester, or (3) add a pocket to the tester where the manual can be stored.

I am pretty new to this kind of meter. I originally bought it to test for dirty electricity fields in my house. I have dirty electricity, and I bought some Greenwave filters to allieviate that condition (which seems to help). The aforementioned filters can also generate small magnetic fields. This meter also can measure magnetic fields. I found a few appliances of mine that are fairly dirty in both regards, and I know my Greenwave filters are safe where I installed them.I do have to make a disclaimer. I have no way of testing it. As a result, I do not know how accurate this meter is.

It has instructions are so tiny I couldn't read them with a magnifying glass. I tried to use logic but that did not work. I have a lot of electronic instruments that I use so I am not a dummy.

So I watch all the shows, I have had my own experience with ghosts, I always wanted to get a couple of devices and go on the hunt. My reason for buying for real, friends son was never getting any good sleep, mood swings, irritable just out of no where. Away from home he was fine but something was up with the house. I bought the meter and went to his house after reading a bit more into EMF and its effects. Wouldn't you know it, he had his service upgraded on the house and his sons room is right where the electric comes into the house.

With all the electronics in our lives, I worry about electromagnetic fields. I have used this meter around the house and the results are both eye opening and not surprising. The photo I included with my review is standing in front of my working 1200W microwave. I found magnetic fields in all the obvious locations. Some were lower and some higher than expected. I was mainly interested in the area of my back yard where low voltage power lines run through. I was relieved to discover very low magnetic field. I’m really glad that I purchased this. It works well.

Lo sto usando da settimane e le batterie sono ancora le stesse !! Ho letto molte recensioni di gente che si aspetta miracoli da un oggetto che costa solo 26 euro . A mio parere e' ottimo se sapete come usarlo . Io ho rilevato cavi elettrici nel muro prima di trapanarlo , eccessiva emissione di onde elettromagnetiche in alcuni distributori di bevande , emissioni magnetiche anomali nei luoghi di lavoro , e a 50 metri da una torre di telefonia mobile andava a 3 microtesla , con le case di fronte ! ! Poveri condomini.... Questo strumento va' usato per cercare , NON per misurare . Ad esempio , se siete in montagna e volete farvi un picnic sotto ad un traliccio dell'alta tensione , potete scoprire se i fili che vi passano sopra sono in funzione o no !! Potete scovare elettrodotti sotterranei magari proprio nel parco dove gioca vostro figlio . Potete insegnare ai vostri bambini a stare lontano dal microonde mentre funziona facendogli vedere come emette pericolosissime radiazioni magnetiche . Potete rendervi conto di come siamo circondati da pericoli dentro casa , e magari capire la causa di strani mal di testa o vertigini . Se avete un vecchio cellulare di quelli a tastiera, tipo Motorola 8700 , vedrete emissioni di radiazioni altissime rispetto ai moderni smartphone . Segno evidente del notevole passo avanti fatto nella telefonia mobile per limitare le radiazioni Compratelo con fiducia per cercare tante insidie che ci circondano . Io lo consiglio al 100% .

Schon seit einer längeren Zeit leidete ich unter Kopfschmerzen und einer schlechten Schlafqualität. Ich wollte mal mit einem EMF – Detektor mehrere Bereiche beziehungsweise Geräte überprüfen. Es misst zum einen elektrische Wechselfelder im niederfrequenten Bereich (v/m) und magnetische Gleichfelder in NannoTessla.Die erste Maßnahme nach dem Messmarathon: Alle elektrischen Geräte am Kopfende des Bettes flogen aus dem Zimmer. Das mein alter elektrischer Wecker bis in den Kopfbereich strahlte, hatte mich schockiert. Am Arbeitsplatz stellte ich die Geräte vom Sitzplatz weiter weg und so weiter. Auf Platz 1 der am meisten strahlenden Geräte, ist oder besser war unsere Mikrowelle. Ein Kollege lieh mir mal seinen Detektor aus, der das bestätigte, was mein Messgerät gemessen hatte. Das sind jetzt zwar keine hochsensiblen Messgeräte, was dann auch eine andere Preisklasse wäre, aber mit ihnen kann man vorab sich einen ersten Eindruck verschaffen. WLAN-Router, DECT, Mobilfunk und alles hochfrequente kann das Gerät nicht erfassen.Für mein Schlafzimmer habe ich jetzt eine Freischaltung installiert und kann jetzt das Zimmer komplett stromlos schalten. Meine Schlafqualität hat sich dadurch um ein vielfaches verbessert. Dank dem EMF – Meter, der hier der Auslöser für die ganzen Aktionen war. Das Gerät macht was soll und hat mir hier auf jeden Fall schon mal sehr geholfen.

Lo compré comparando otras marcas y los comentarios de otros usuarios. Viene con instrucciones en español y es muy sencillo de utilizar. Quedé sorprendido de la cantidad de campos eléctricos y electromagnéticos a los que estamos expuestos. Aluciné viendo que aparatos apagados y desconectados de la red emiten ondas (impresora, pc, portátiles, etc) y ni qué decir de los que están en funcionamiento (microondas, secador de pelo, frigorífico, luces alógenas, etc. etc.). Creo que deberíamos reflexionar sobre el mundo en que nos movemos.

Je l'ai acheté plus par curiosité pour vérifier un peu mon environnement. Je n'ai pas de réelle utilité (proff ou autres). mais c'est assez intéressant et surprenant de vérifier un peu les légendes urbaines sur les "ondes".J'ai testé un peu partout à la maison, mais aussi selon des trucs que j'avais lu ( allumé éteind, avec sans wifi, etc. ). c'est très surprenant de voir les résultats. La précision des mesures m'intéresse peu, comme certains le disent dans d'autres commentaires, du moment que les résultats sont reproductibles. si on mesure toujours avec le même appareil.Donc dans les photos :- avec et sans wifi près du décodeur. On tombe à 0 émission sans wifi, et même avec wifi, dès qu'on s'éloigne de plus de 30cm, on a quasiment plus rien- téléphoen DECT, j'avais lu que c'était une grosse source d'onde dans les ménages. C'est vrai ... :-( Mais seulement quand on téléphone et quand il se connecte à la base.- chargeur sans fil (magnétique, donc ca doit réagir). Evidemment, ca explose la mesure à 2cm, mais plus rien à 10cm. Donc l'appareil semble bien mesurer/reagir.- Plus étonnant, chauffage infrarouge, rien éteind, mais grosse émission à qq cm quand on allume. Mais plus rien à 30cm.- GSM : rien au repot ou parfois un peu (surement quand il fait une synchro ou appli en background), par contre, comme déjà lu, ca explose quand on lance un appel (zone rurale avec faible réception), et ca baisse quand la connexion est établie. Ici la mesure est énorme (c'était moins les autres essais, erreur de l'appareil ou juste ?, dur à dire, mais à chaque fois, ca explose quand on lance une appel).J'ai testé aussi la plaque induction (mais pas de photo), quand on allume, pareil, c'est magnétique, ca explose les mesures surtout si pas de casserole pour "prendre le magnétisme" ou casserole trop petite. Mais à plus de 50cm, plus rien, mais juste devant la plaque, qd même encore pas mal. Par pour rien qu'on déconseille l'induction pour les gens avec pacemaker.Conclusion, assez content, ca me permet de vérifier mon environnement familial en zone rurale, quelle que soit la fiabilité des mesures .Je suis curieux de faire quelques mesures au bureau (ou on passe la plupart du temps) en grande ville ( blindé d'antennes WIfi, 4G, et tout le bordel). Mais ce n'est pas toujours ce qu'on pense, et on voit bien que dès qu'on s'éloigne ca chute énormément.

I’m buyed meter because I’m worried about my router radiation and microwave radiation and in my virgin media router it’s showing me 0,23 in my microwave 136.1 (135 times more)after this test I’m decided to don’t use any more the microwave
