We received this fountain with no problems, all parts were there and nothing cracked or broken. Set up was very easy. Love the green color to blend in with our backyard. We placed the fountain on the corner of our ground deck which was not under cover, filled it up with water, connected solar panel and away it went. Cute! I placed blooming outdoors plants all around it to add color and hide the tubing and solar panel cord. The "tinkle" of the water in it is not loud at all, so if you are looking for a big water noise this is not for you. We found it just right because we were sitting close (abt 15ft.)to it on the other end of our covered deck. We get about 7 hours hours of sunlightjust on the little area where it is setting. Works great! Although as stated doesnot work on cloudy days, but will work on partly cloudy days. When we want it on at night we just plug in the electric adapter which we bought seperatly. I wish the price had been lower but all in all we love it.The directions say it will freeze in the winter so be sure to take it in. It does have to be cleaned about 1 a month but it's not a problem and I have to add water to it about every 5 days depending on how hot it is. The birds in our yard love it too. Even though we have 2 birdbathes a few do drink out of the fountain and well as the one cat I have seen. Just remember it is for small spaces.

This water fall is actually much nicer than I expected. The bowls are beautiful and it’s larger than what I thought. The solar panel does have to be in direct sunlight in order for it to run. But it has a long cord and can be moved around. I am very pleased with it!

The cascading bowls are nice. It takes some repositioning of them to get the water flow right so it doesn't drip outside of bowls. The solar panel I received only worked one day and then totally stopped. Customer service was poor in responding. After several emails I was told to send the pump back for testing, which means finding packaging for it, locating a post office, and driving there to drop it off. Yes, they emailed a postage free label, but for a cheap pump, and to possibly receive another defective one after sending the broken one back, it's not worth my time.I am extremely disappointed. Not to mention the first fountain I received was the wrong color and already had to send that back just to get another one that's defective. Very frustrating situation from beginning to end.Update: One month after purchase the the gasket to the hose constantly leaks so fountain runs out of water. Have to fill twice a day until I find a solution.

I really like this fountain, it is a very attractive and unique piece in our backyard. It works perfectly, however there are a couple things to be aware of. First of all, the solar panel has to be in direct, unfiltered sunlight for it to operate. A slight cloud or any shadow on the panel will stop the pump immediately. Also, the three smaller ceramic pieces do not fit into the base at snugly as one would like. So there is some danger of one of them potentially falling onto the ground. I used some moldable Putty to keep them somewhat in place which has worked so far. Overall though this really is a great little fountain, just make sure your expectations are set correctly. The panel does not store any power at all, so when there are clouds or at night it will not be running.

This is absolutely gorgeous but very tippy. I immediately had to replace the solar pump ( bought a plug in one) and the hose that comes with it was cheap thin rubber that was totally inefectual. Replaced that with aquarium tubing. The top jug isn't attached and loosely sits on the metal holder so if bumped falls off. Hasn't broken yet but got chipped up. Not worth the cost since you have to replace the working parts and general instability . But it is pretty 🤨

The solar panel is VERY small and DOES NOT hold a charge! I have to move the solar panel to follow the sun! I didn’t have to do that with previous solar water fountains! On the plus side it is very pretty and I love the design! It was very easy to assemble! And the sound of the falling water is mesmerizing! Very relaxing!

This fountain is very pretty, but the stand will not hold the bowls securly. They are very slippery on the stand and, as you can see, a bird landed on the bowl and it slipped down into the main bowl. It happened again with the next bowl up. Luckily I don't think they broke. Maybe this is just the wrong stand for this fountain? Secondly, if you need to wash the bottom bowl, you cannot take it off the stand without the stand falling over from the weight of the smaller bowls. Last, the pump barely offers a dribble of water to the bowls. I plan on contacting the vendor to discuss.More as I get information.

It was hard to tell from the photographs the actual proportions of the fountain, so I worried it would be too tiny for what I wanted. It isn't. It is absolutely beautiful and I absolutely LOVE it. The ceramics are well-made and the fountain works beautifully. Make sure the connection between the pump and the solar panel is firmly in place - I didn't initially and thought something might be wrong with it. Assembly is a breeze and it was up and going in no time. Heavy cloud cover blocks the sun from the solar panel and stops the flow, but nothing else has slowed it down. I knew that I wanted solar power to prevent having to use a power cord, so this was perfect for me. The panel doesn't store power (no battery assembly) so on overcast days it won't be running, but I am fine with that. The ability to avoid a cord was my primary goal. I didn't think to check about the battery/ability to store solar power. Even knowing that now, I would buy this fountain again without hesitation. The price made me try it - the beauty and quality make me glad I did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fountain to anyone.
