I alternate with some other items to help control my symptoms of atrophy which can be very painful. Because I’m so sensitive, I had to find a remedy between more than 1 item to target my discomfort. This one definitely helps. But I can use it everyday. You have to experiment and see what works for you. I’m ver relieved I found this!

These things are great for any discomfort you may be experiencing due to atrophy. Using these and doing a bit of stretching/dilation a few days a week really helps a lot.

Use them to keep your female sexual organs working at prime. As we get older… our bodies need more moisture than we normally .Don’t just use them for sexual activity… use them to keep your body working younger.

This product is gentle and works. My body is pretty sensitive so that says a lot! The only drawback is that it's a little messy but honestly, I have no problem with that since the product performs well.

The product itself works well. It is easy to wash away . My only issue is in the packaging. The product melted and spread in shipping, I guess. The product sits in a tray that would benefit by having another tray on top to keep the product’s form. That way, it would hopefully arrive without the mess.
