Do not buy if you want to keep food hot!
I read the mixed review and decided to take a shot. Preheated as per instructions. Put daughter’s lunch in (potato waffle and beans) 4 hours late absolutely stone cold! The box was kept in a room of normal temp (around 17-18 degrees) and was not in a lunch bag with cold items such as drinks and yoghurts. Very disappointed as it is the perfect shape and size. But no use whatsoever at keeping food even a bit warm.

Great size but food not that hot by lunchtime
The size is perfect for kids lunch and i like that it is wider than it is tall so easier to eat out of. It is also leakprpof. But food is luke warm by lunchtime so fails to do the job really.

White better than the grey
The white clip ons are better than the grey. I bought another of the white to replace the grey that have all broken. Otherwise it does what I need it for. I guess the composition of the grey plastic is notas durable as the white. It feels brittle. The inner plastic seal on the lid also broke in the grey one. I would give 4 for the white and 2 for the grey

Does not keep food vaguely warm
I bought these so that my kids could warm home-made lunch at school.Despite following the instructions of putting boiling water in first, the food inside was cold within the hour - not even vaguely warm which was really disappointing considering that they are pretty expensive.Once filled with something hot, the outside of these boxes become hot, which would suggest that all of the heat is literally leaking out of the lunch boxes.The only positives for these boxes is that they didn't leak and were pretty sturdy. They may be okay for a cold lunch, but in our experience certainly not for a warm lunch. I would not recommend for keeping anything warm for longer than 30mins.
