I bought the 3-bay unit to copy DVDs of my short horror unit. This unit was perfect right out of the box. Ready to go, plug and play! I copied about 150 DVDs with no problem. Copy speed is 8X to DVD. 'Just load the source DVD, and 3 target DVDs, and the unit automatically does the rest.. FIVE STARS!!

OMG thank you this Duplicator has increase my sales. I have bought like 15 Duplicators over the years, LG drives, always had some issues making copies, not with this one, it makes copies perfect, not one issue with making DVDs. It even copies DVDs from like 15 years ago without any issues. Not making this up, one of the best products I have bought in years. OMG every DVD i put in it works. I have said for years crystal light is the best product ever made, not any more, it's plexcopier. I have always bought duplicators with LG drives in the past, not sure what drives are in this one, but no more. Thank you. I will buy more.

Works as discribed!

Unfortunately didn't last a year. A couple of the drives quit working and we barely used it.

Purchased this in mid-2022 and have used it only periodically. It is now November 2024. Today I needed to make some copies of a CD and it will not power on. It simply won't work. It has not been overused used, or mistreated. It just simply has decided not to work. The product has never been moved, or fallen, or had any type of damage at all. There is no reason for the malfunction.

A fantastic Plexcopier, duplicator. Although I bought this a few months ago, I’ve only just been able to use it. It copies CD’s perfectly. It creates an exact copy, which gave no problems, when played in a CD player, or in the car. However, word of warning. This copier comes from the US. Therefore, before you can play it, you need a special adapter and a surge protector. The details regarding additional hardware, are found in the instructions. Do not try to copy a CD that has a label, it will not copy and might damage the copier. We are very pleased with this Plexcopier duplicator and would strongly recommend it.
