I would complain about price but I got 2 of these on sale. Besides the price, its a great product, I have very strong hair, but a small dollop of this gives me a really nice hold. Also it doesn't leave your hair feeling sticky like some extra firm products do. I'll be honest, at first I found the smell off putting and kinda chemically, but after about a month of using it, I almost like the smell. If you need an extra firm hold, and can afford it, I would definitely recommend this product.

This is simply the best mens hair product out there. I've used hair products from Tigi, American Crew, Axe - wax, paste, cream, putty, clay. Paul Mitchell Construction Paste is the only thing that I have found that provides lasting hold that isn't crispy and also washes out cleanly. The price is totally worth it compared to a drawer full of products that didn't deliver.

One of the best hair products I have definitely a value buying through this company other than buying at the salon. Has a great hold texture without being sticky and looks great. Very effective in any weather, stays moist and does not dry hard Not sure if it is me or not, but I feel as if my hair is better conditioned after using this for a couple weeks.

I love this. I’d ran out months ago and thought they stopped making it, but only packaging changed. It is technically a men’s product, but I use it for my shoulder length shaggy bib hairstyle. It makes my hair more voluminous and controllable. It feels soft and not greasy at all. It washes out easily and makes my fine hair appear full and thick. It only takes a tiny bit of product to go a long way, so value for the money is great!

Quick shipment. Product holds well in hair and brushes easily. You only need to use a very small amount - less than size of a dime.

As a guy with shorter hair and cowlicks, I've spent several years testing out many different hair products and finally settled on this one. It did exactly what I needed - held my hair in place, but was loose enough that I could run my hands through my hair. And if my hair got messed up, I could apply a little water and re-shape it. It's absolutely perfect! I haven't been able to find another product that comes close. Unfortunately, shortly after the 2020 pandemic hit, Mitch decided to change their bottle. The new bottles are terrible and cheap. Almost half the time, I get a bottle with a lid that won't snap shut. (See gaped lid in my pic) Plus, the hole in the lid for the product to come out is so small, I find myself giving the bottle a death squeeze just to get a tiny bit out. I'm considering drilling a bigger hole in the lid to fix this issue. With my latest bottle, I accidentally blew out a hole on the top of the bottle from squeezing too hard. (See pic) I miss the old black and silver bottles, where the product easily oozed out with light pressure; these new gray and gold bottles require too much force for the tiniest bit of product. Bring back the old bottles! I really don't want to spend another year experimenting with products to find a similar fit, just because the bottle is awful. I wish I had held onto my older Mitch bottles and just refilled them with the new ones. Five stars for the product, one star for the bottle.

Great hold without too much shine. I like the smaller tip on the cap which makes less mess when squeezing out.
