Easy to assemble. Instructions very clear. Wobbles slightly so added washers to tighten screws that connect the table hinges which came preassembled. I also added heavy duty locking casters in the legs pre drilled holes. The multi functional use, 47.5” x 28” space and that it folds to hide under a sofa or store in a closet is why I selected this table. I am satisfied with the quality but realize I should have considered the smaller Sew Ready Rollaway II table that is conveniently shipped assembled. I prefer the Rollaway sleeker table design.

This table is perfect for a sewing table. With 3 drawers and a shelf everything is in easy reach. Cords are managed via a hole they thread through and keeps them contained and out of the way. Table is perfect size and fits easy in small spaces and is easily put together. This table is very sturdy and is priced very well. I recommend this product.

Great table. Arrived in excellent condition. Easy to assemble. I saw some reviews that talked about the legs being different heights. They are but if you read the instructions and look at the “L” brackets it’s easy to figure out how to make the table level. Not rocket science. I have a Brother PS500 weight is 20.6 pounds seems to be sturdy enough to handle my machine. The only thing is the shelf doesn’t sit low enough to be flush with my machine. My machine sits about 1/2” above the table but it’s not an issue for me. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because nothing is perfect but would recommend.

sturdy Very Sturdy

I purchased this sewing table in Sept. 2024. It is now October 2025. This table was great when I first got it & was perfect for my temporary needs. I kept it in a guest room, so I stored it from May-Sept '25, so the room was available for guests. I recently set up the table to sew again. I heard a strange noise & realized it was the table collapsing--all my sewing supplies were sliding to the floor as I was trying to grab my sewing machine before it crashed to the floor. The recessed area was the only thing that stopped it until I was able to catch it. Thank goodness my machine wasn't damaged and I wasn't sitting at the table. It was over $150 & should have lasted, especially since my machine is not a heavy duty machine & it was not used on a regular basis this year. I've submitted a concern to Amazon & have a # to call the company...but it's likely nothing will come of it! You may want to think twice before purchasing!

I can't speak about the shipping damage that others have had. Thankfully, mine came intact, even with a large hole in the box. The people complaining about it being unlevel installed the legs backwards! They are not the same length. Follow the instructions, and you'll be just fine. Functionally, the table works as intended for my sewing machine. No complaints from me. 5 stars!

Table assembles quickly with one person. Have not put my sewing machine on it yet. Box was pretty beat up upon delivery and found damage when it was half-assembled. The table is packed in a ton of styrofoam that crumbles easily and I didn’t catch it.

Bottom line: it’s a fairly cheap folding table so if that’s what you’re looking for, this will probably work. Tabletop looks and feels like wood chipboard with vinyl over the top. There are no structural supports under the table top so it flexes quite a bit depending on the speed you’re sewing (see video). The legs seem fairly well made and are probably the nicest part of the table, though they are minimally welded. The sewing machine/keyboard shelf is adjustable but tightening it in place flexes the mounting brackets. This specific version has no storage compartments and is just a table top with a tray that can be lowered. It will probably hold up to periodic light duty sewing and crafts and it is light weight so that’s a bonus. If you’re looking for something sturdy to leave set up long term I’d keep looking.

Bought this for my daughter who is learning to sew. Very basic but big enough for starting out. Material is sturdy. Very easy to assemble and very easy to store away; which is why we bought it as we live is a smaller space. Overall we are happy with the purchase and would recommend.

So happy with my purchase. Well packaged. Great for a small 1-bedroom apartment. Easy to put together by myself except I ended up with an extremely lopsided table; apparently I didn't see the legs were different lengths, lol. I definitely see many uses for this table when it is not being used for sewing. The instructions suggest checking/tightening the screws every six months so I made a small pouch for the hex key, similar to a seat-belt protector, and attached it to one of the legs. As a widowed senior my only concern with this table will be the weight when it comes time to move or store it.

This sewing table/desk is a really great concept and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a proper desk but doesn't have room to have one permanently in position. The instructions are a little confusing and it took a few attempts to get the legs on the right way round (you need to look at the diagrams very carefully and the legs are numbered both on themselves and on the diagram), but once it was all fixed together it was great. It is easy to put up and take down and folds up really quite small. It is a little heavy, but I imagine if you are able to carry heavy shopping bags then you should be fine doing this on your own, otherwise you may need someone else to assist you. Obviously it is the size of the tabletop, but the legs fold in and it is only as wide as the brackets for the drop down shelf and it stands up against the wall very safely. I have been using this desk with my sewing machine (which is reasonably heavy) and the desk feels pretty sturdy. If you have a sewing machine which goes very fast then there might be some vibration, but this is a folding desk not a solid one, so this is to be expected. This desk feels very safe and sturdy and if you need a space saving desk for sewing or crafting then this desk is a must. This desk can also be used as an office desk with your home PC. The dropdown shelf is perfect for your keyboard and can be adjusted to several heights using the allenkey provided. The bolts only need to be loosened and the shelf pulls forward and slots into various holes for the required height, then you just need to tighten the bolts up. I did have some contact with the seller regarding this desk and they sorted out my issue very quickly and efficiently and I was impressed with the service I received.
