I can't buy this in the local grocery stores anymore except in tiny packets. This is the closest to real sugar flavor for me. Most other substitutes are not as sweet (allulose) or leave an unpleasant aftertaste (erythritol).

This is a much more convenient way to use compared to opening the packets. I use it frequently and find the packets irritating as well as more expensive. Additionally, I can mix it with other powdered sweetener for a more pleasing taste. I put it in the shaker and use it similar to a sugar dispenser. I actually use an old Cinnamon shaker that I bought and use up the cinnamon.
