I've been buying these toners for a while, and usually they hold up, but when one of them goes bad early, I've contacted customer service and they have always replaced it for free, no hassle, very little hold time. Recommend!

We have used this brand of cartridge in our Canon printer several times. My wife and I use our printer for mostly personal needs. Overall, we are getting good print quality and the cartridges have performed well for us. No leaking or broken cartridges that I have seen in some after market cartridges. Offered at a very affordable price, especially when compared to its OEM counterpart. All in all we are happy with these cartridges and if things continue as they are we will buy them again.

Less than 150 pages and streaking.

Vertical lines after 1 week- 40 prints- can not reach customer service!!!I have gone through all of there DYI fixes with zero changes. I would have settled for a replacement cartridge, however, They returned my call and will replace Toner.Thanks Eddie

I bought a 4-pack of toner cartridges from TRUE IMAGE on August 20, 2024. I received the order on August 21. I installed all four and copies came out great. However, I noticed that the yellow indicator showed 0% which concerned me. I contacted customer service and sent a picture showing the 0%. . They asked a few simple questions and by August 30th, I had a new yellow cartridge. It is December and I have had nothing but perfect copies. TRUE IMAGE stands behind their products, and they do it promptly. I very much appreciate it, and in the future, I will purchase all of my cartridges from TRUE IMAGE.

The True Image laser Canon black replacement ink cartridge I purchased for my Canon MF 733cdw color laser printer is superior to the factory Canon 046 black laser cartridge.The printing of articles, spreadsheets, and photos were significantly better, slightly darker, crisper, clearer, and more impactful.For me it is important to have the best for presentations as well myself reading the printed researched material later on.Was I more then pleasantly surprised considering I had tried another vendor’s replacement cartridge, Ink Technologies which was not equal to the Canon 046 cartridge, printing was lighter and got streaking lines after 300 to 400 pages, threw it in the trash. I emailed them about the cartridge failure, got zero response.After trying the True Image Canon 046 replacement cartridge I am ordering all their Canon color cartridges for my Canon MF733.I picked True Image as a result of a good web page, emphasis on customer support, having a physical address, phone number, photo of their place of business in the US, and being in business a significantly number of years.The Canon iImage color laser printer series MF 633, 733, and 743 are the best table top printers for home and small business. The HP is second, and the new Brother color laser printers third.

I have used these cartridges for several years, ever since I purchased my printer and used up the starter cartridges. I just couldn't stomach paying OEM prices. I have always had good service with these True Image cartridges and have gotten good "mileage" from them.This last cartridge I received immediately caused an error message on my printer about a counterfeit cartridge being inserted. Never had that happen in the past. Their corporate website had a chat option and I tried it at 8pm and Violet answered it. She worked with me, had me send 2 or 3 photos of the control panel messages and determined that their engineers would need to resolve the issue the following morning. Expecting an email asking me to be in contact with them the following morning, I was very surprised to find an email waiting that they were over-nighting a replacement cartridge.The new cartridge arrived and I inserted it immediately and have been using it without issue, since.That is great customer service.
