Isle of Paradise Self Tan Mousse, Light (200 ml) Glow Clear Self Tanning Foam, Natural Ingredients & Vegan (packaging may vary)

I have never used fake tan before but I tried this one today and I won’t be changing to any other brand!! This tan is amazing, so natural, it does get quite dark (I am usually very pale) so just keep that in mind when buying your shade. It has the faintest smell but it doesn’t smell like typical fake tans at all, it has a pleasant scent. I used a tanning mitt to get a smooth non-streaky result, the mousse glides on like a dream. It takes around 1 hour to see clear results, leave it for about 5/6 hours and your skin will look fab x

This product gave great coverage, was easy to apply and looked lovely and natural once developed. However, it did streak a little bit despite glove application and halfway through the bottle (about four applications), the pump action top jammed/broke/stopped for some reason and the rest became somewhat unusable.

This was super easy to use, I used with a tan mitt. First time ever applying fake tan and I'm very white so was worried about looking orange and very streaky. I used the light. It has come out very even, not too dark on someone so pale so I'm very pleased. Looking I've been a away for a week and I look healthy, not baked out and not too dark! Smell is good and it goes on very easily. The only downside for me is it left me very tacky for at least an hour but after that all was good. I like it and for 12 pounds its a lot cheaper than most for a good product.

This mousse is a lovely colour but the pump has broken half way through tanning for my holiday! Had to tip it onto the mitt from the open bottle. Been using this mousse for a while and never had a problem before but won’t be repurchasing till they sort the pump out. Half a bottle left which will be wasted!

Excellent product. Gives a nice even tan and easy to apply. Little fake tan smell, and no guide colour means you don’t have to wash it off the morning after. It does have a slight colour immediately upon application but don’t rely on this to find spots you’ve missed. My only downside is that I’ve got through the best part of half a bottle on only two full-body, single layer applications. Not the most economical of tans.

This is the best fake tan I’ve ever used. Easy to apply, it do smell to begin with as it’s setting. But I usually apply the night before after a shower and then shower the next day and the smell disappears. I usually use the medium, but this time I went for the dark and it’s come out lovely natural looking, no orange and no streaks. I applied an hour before bed, although it did still feel a bit sticky when I went into bed, but it still worked it’s magic over night. I’m olive skinned, but more on the paler side, so I’d recommend you try the medium coverage first if you have paler skin tones. X

The product itself is fine, I like the tan, but the pump bottle has stopped working with over half the product still in it! This is my second bottle in a row to malfunction - it's not worth it if you can't use it!

Llevo 10 años usando autobronceadores , he probado prácticamente todos y sin duda este es el mejor. Aplicación de lo más comoda, no tiene guia de color solo una leve sombra que no mancha en absoluto no como la mayoría de los que llevan guía,el color no tira a artificial como la mayoría de los que no llevan guía y consigues un tono oscuro de verdad en una aplicación no como en la mayoría de los que pone oscuro que al final para que se note te lo tienes que aplicar mínimo 2 veces en el momento. Perfecto!!!!!!!!!

Sehr einfach aufzutragen (ich habe dazu den passenden Schwamm). Schmiert nicht und hinterlässt keine Flecken auf der Kleidung. Man sollte allerdings etwas aufpassen an den Knöcheln und dünneren Hautstellen, da es schnell fleckig wirkt

I have tried many tanners over the years and I just always come back to this one. I’ve been using it every week for 5+ years. I absolutely love everything about it and it beats out it’s competitors in all the things that matter. #1 it’s much less likely to rub off on my clothes/towels/sheets (it’s impossible not to but the clear formula is much better than competitors). #2 it develops into a beautiful dark bronze tan in 4-6 hours. Let it sit as long as humanly possible if you want to be super dark but definitely wash off before bed! #3 it doesn’t smell bad (there is a smell, but it’s light and not nearly as bad as other alternatives). #4 it doesn’t streak (use a mitt and make sure to spread evenly). I would say 1 bottle lasts me about 1-2 months and I use it 1-2x per week on my whole body. Skip the face drops and just get this to use for your whole body & face. Don’t put it on your fingernails or palms but don’t skip your hands or feet or it will be obvious!

Ich habe das Isle of Paradise Selbstbräunungs-Mousse gekauft, um mir auch ohne Sonne einen schönen Glow zu verleihen. Die Verpackung des Produkts ist ansprechend, und ich schätze, dass die Inhaltsstoffe natürlich und vegan sind. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, ist der Geruch des Mousse. Viele Selbstbräuner haben einen starken, unangenehmen Geruch, aber dieses Produkt riecht neutral und angenehm. Leider hat das Produkt auch einige Nachteile. Das größte Problem ist, dass der Selbstbräuner Flecken hinterlässt. Es war schwierig, ein gleichmäßiges Ergebnis zu erzielen, ohne dass gewisse Bereiche fleckig wurden. Ein weiteres Problem ist das Fehlen einer eindeutigen Anleitung auf Deutsch. Als deutschsprachiger Nutzer fand ich es herausfordernd, das Produkt korrekt anzuwenden, ohne genaue Richtlinien zu haben. Trotz dieser Probleme werde ich das Selbstbräunungs-Mousse weiterhin nutzen, allerdings beschränke ich die Anwendung auf meine Arme, wo die Flecken weniger auffallen. Ich hoffe, dass der Hersteller in Zukunft verbesserte Formulierungen oder klare Anleitungen bereitstellen wird.
