Is this ok for my 10.5 year old? It says up to 10 only why

It is because after 10 a child's vitamin and mineral needs change. They would then move on to adult complete nutrition shake called Ensure.

Is there a larger size you can buy?

Don't think so, haven't seen a bigger size.

Is this sweet? My daughter can’t stand anything sweet, not even fruit but she does a lot of sports and could do with something like this.

Yes its gluten free. It is used I believe to help children who are underweight as a result of celiac disease gain weight.

Emetophobia

My daughter has Emetophobia, leading to disordered eating and has had some scary periods of controlled / not eating. These have been a life saver even though they are for younger kids. I hate the plastic waste and expense but she won't take the powder. At the moment she has one every day with a straw - they feel 'safe', and it helps her adjust to having something in her system so feel ok about moving on to some real food.
