This filter works and was the same size as the OEM MAF2 filters, but it doesn’t wick as well. Usually my humidifier can hold my room at 45% by only running intermittently. With this filter, it ran continuously and couldn’t get to 40%. To make sure it was the filter, I switched back to an aircare MAF2 and no problem getting the room back up to 45% with intermediate operation. Defiantly not worth the marginal savings. I should never have bought the 4 pack.

These are soft enough to easily put in the humidifier. I have purchased other brands that were so stiff you couldn’t get them in the unit. They come folded so it is important they are flexible enough to put in the circular grooves.

Recommend to get a humidifier that doesn't need these filtersyou spend about 30 to 40 a year on filters that will add up real fast

These filters look fine but got hard after 1 month. I have tried several brands and these are the worst I have had. Would not buy again.

Installed a new filter and ran it for 12 hours, only about 8oz of water was evaporated. And the humidity level went down. The the upper half filter was dry. I normally get AIRCARE MAF2 brand which would evaporate about 1 gallon in the same time frame. It was the correct size, just does not work.

Smaller than the filter it was compared too. Only lasted 1 month before needed to be changed

The filter holds its shape so even when it's wet it doesn't fall apart and can easily be reset in place after rinsing.
