I think different supplements that help memory help different people.I had tried two different kinds of brain supplement, neither worked for me. The I saw these.After several months of taking just one.. I did as they recommended take 2. I like to try thing slowly.So 2 for several months. And noticed a change in my memory. My husband noticed also, so there ya go. Sometimes I really surprise the two of us with the things I recall.

This product honestly sharpened my mental functioning. In chronic pain from needing a hip replacement, and other conditions, but doctors' remedy was to keep me on pain meds until surgery could be approved and scheduled by my HMO. Could not stay awake, could not retrieve thoughts properly, was a mental mess. Weaned myself off the drugs but left with impaired memory and other cognitive faults. Began taking this product, and before 15 days had elapsed, I noticed I was not mentally fatigued, was able to retrieve memories, speak thoughts clearly, retrieve words for common objects that had previously eluded me, and keep track of time. So, I don't know if I didn't give it enough time to work, but ever since I've tried it, i've been more tired than ever. I tested to see if it was or wasn't the capsules so I stopped taking it and I haven't been tired even though I only had about 6 hours of sleep today. I was more focused without it than taking it, so obviously I had to stop taking it. I saw good reviews from the others which is good, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me :(.
