Medisept Ear Piercing Care Gel

I had use a similar product in the past with great results and when I found this, I knew it would be the perfect thing. It cleared up my irritation and just two applications. So glad to have it.

After piercing both my ears myself, one of my ears took more time to heal then the other; it was red and very sore to touch. I tried Bacitaycin Plus first (an antibioitc gel) and it did not really help much. However, this Medicept gel worked great to alleviate the soreness after piercing within 3 days. It has an antiseptic to prevent infection and helps lube the piercing so you can rotate the earrings. At first I thought the tube is very small, but as it turned out I didn't even use it all.

I have been using this product for over 20 years as it is the only product that treats the redness and itch I get from my nickel allergy. I originally found it on the Simply Whispers website, which sells hypoallergenic jewelry. Since then I have discovered I can paint the posts of my costume jewelry earrings. with clear nail polish, and it helps alleviate the itching I get from the nickel in costume jewelry.

This will not heal your piercings and will seal the wound so that any fluid can not escape and will cause the piercing to defect and migrate out!!!
