Good product
Use these all the time . Very good product and helps with the pain. Very easy to put on . The price is worth it . If u r working out side or doin stuff to sweat a lot they don't stick as much as your skin being sweaty

Brought pain relief for pulled back muscles - all day
I am actually impressed that these seem to work to relieve pain. I pulled my lower back moving 3/4” plywood and after using several other ointment's and patches I decided to try these. They provided noticeable pain relief all day long.

Heats up great
I was surprised by how hot this gets. I've seen them on about a million Korean dramas but never really thought about purchasing but was having residual pain from an accident and these little suckers really worked to sooth. THey won't make all your pain disappear, because let's be real that is not possible. But they do a great job of easing the pain and adding some heat to the area.

I have a sore shoulder and they helped tremendously not 100% but they are very good.

Does it help
I use the patch for my knees. Helps calm the pain rather quickly. I get a little itchy from the patch but it’s not overwhelming.
