Excellent mouse!
Had this mouse for about 4 years now and it is excellent. No more strain on the wrist. The battery lasts forever and I love being able to switch from dongle to a Bluetooth connected device at the touch of a button. Would highly recommend.

Reliable and Ergonomic Essential for Long-Term Use
After over a year of use and owning multiple Ergo MX mice (1 for home and 1 for work), I can confidently say it's an exceptional product. Comfortable, reliable, and designed for productivity, it’s become an essential part of my setup. Highly recommend!

The best trackball mouse I've ever used, wrist pain gone!
Note, given I've used 3 of them, this is the best. I wanted a thumb controlled trackball since I have severe wrist problems. I tried vertical mice and they helped but not perfect. Then I tried a cheap vertical trackmouse and was surprised how usable it was and how quickly I adapted. Plus my wrist pain was gone! BUT that one didn't have the smoothest ball. So I found a mouse that was 2x as much and .... it was pretty much the same and wasn't vertical. So I decided to splurge and go all out for this one. I DONT REGRET IT! It's worth all the money. Smooth ball and then that precise mode button is great. I'd just like more buttons like the index finger trackballs (not good for me because you have to move your wrist) but thad just be a nice to have. The only actual complaint I have with this mouse is that it isn't vertical enough. It has a pad that can increase the incline to 20 degrees but that's not enough. Luckily I've got a 3D printer and was able to print an additional 40 degree incline so I have 70 deg now which feels perfect! TLDR: Great and worth the price (though it is pricey), but would like more buttons and more incline options to make it vertical.

Best Trackball I've ever used!
The MX Ergo is by far the best trackball for your money. It works with Logitech unifying receivers so you can have it linked to two computers and are able to switch back and forth by pressing the button under the scroll wheel. I'm in IT, so I'm on a computer for 10+ hours a day and eventually I started getting really bad pains from wrist to shoulder in the right (mouse) hand/arm. After switching to one of these the pains were gone within a week and I haven't looked back. I highly recommend getting the 'wedge' that sits under the base, as it works in conjunction with the 45 degree tilt of the trackball's metal base to give you the perfect height for excellent ergonomics. I ended up buying a second one just to have a spare/backup in case I forget one at the office. I bought my first one about 3.5 years ago and it still works just as good as the day I got it, and I use it all day, every day.

Not cheap but worth it.
If you like a track ball this is the best I ever used. I love the two different angles the others use the lower angle but I like the higher one best without the rubber base. I have 4 of them, one for each laptop and desk top. I know they have some newer fancier one but I hope they keep making this one.

So far so good.
I like these mice in general as my setup has no room for a traditional mouse, I've been going with Logitech for years as I like the Unifying receiver and using 1 port for both keyboard and mouse, Only issue I've had so far as the battery is not user replaceable and getting the ball out to clean the bearings (which you'll be doing every month or 2) is a nightmare unless you have a thin, sturdy and gentle tool to get it out.

Love this!
I've been buying this mouse for years it's the only one I use. It's extremely quiet no clicking sounds.

It helps with stress on wrist, but catches a lot of dirt
Got this one as a refurb, looked clean, and came with the relevant pieces that would have come in the box. Connection was easy, new dongle to use, unfortunately not compatible with the one the Logitech H800 headset uses. So now i have to use two dongles :-) I could switch the mouse over to bluetooth, maybe i'll do that instead. dunno which one is better for batteries (both laptop and mouse itself). The only downside is that this thing picks up a lot of crud. So once a week the ball starts rolling less and less fluid, and have to pop out the ball and clean the contacts. I tried playing one racing game on the laptop with this, instead of using the regular mouse. It seemed to work ok? Just have to adjust the scrolling speed a bit. So overall, yeah, ok. UPDATE: returning it. with the frequent cleaning, small movements of the rollerball are getting difficult, putting more stress on your thumb to try and move small amounts. That's the sign of having to pop out the ball and clean the three roller points inside the cavity. Too much work, will be going back to a regular mouse.
