True to size guide measurements
According to the size guide, I was at the largest measurements for size XLs. I considered going a size larger, but I am so glad that I didn’t! These fit perfectly. They aren’t too thick or uncomfortable. It’s almost like normal thick leggings except they have a texture and medical grade compression. I put on these CzSalus leggings under normal thicker leggings and my bottom and legs look so smooth. No dimples at all! I am going to purchase at least one more pair, probably 2. The crotch piece seems a little thin though and since my legs rub together when I walk, I am going to wear these under another pair of leggings to prevent premature wear and tear. Great brand! I highly recommend.

Durable and short length is pefect
The fit is just right. I appreciate the short length because they don’t bunch behind my knee as others have. The size chart appears to be accurate. The knit is tight and the compression is more than others I have tried. However, the knit is more breathable and durable, so these are easier to get on as I don’t have to be as careful with the material. I can grab more fabric at a time to pull. The top doesn’t roll down and comes up high. I have not yet discovered if they help for my condition, long COVID, because the weather has varied too much since I started wearing them to tell. But, my doctors also aren’t certain that compression is the answer. For anyone who knows you need compression tights, these are a solid pair.

Ultimate Compression!!!
I have Lipedema which is not curable. It was years before I was ever diagnosed with lipedema and really had never heard of it. People always think I’m talking about lymphedema. These are a game changer but I will warn you that if you’ve never done compression therapy you should start with a stage 1 garment and work your way up. My lipedema specialist doctor recommended these specifically. Even for me they took several minutes to put on. You must realize that compression garments take time and you shouldn’t be able to just pull them on like a pair of leggings! Once I started wearing these specifically, I lost so much water weight and the common pain from lipedema was greatly diminished. Ultimate thanks to my doctor for recommending this for me as well as telling me what size to order. Use your exact measurements to guide your size choices but remember this is very compressive and nothing like a body shaper you buy from a store!

Lipedema Leggings
After a recent lipedema diagnosis I began to research compression leggings, these came highly recommended by my doctor and several other ladies that belong to some FB groups. I found the size chart to be accurate. Pulling them out, they were comically small and it is a battle to get them on. They are thick and well constructed with the flat waffle weave. I'm 5ft and went with the XL which works for me. Once you get them on-(tip-wear dish or garden gloves to get grip as you tug them up) they are quite comfortable. I do need to pull them over my feet due to bunching behind the knee that hurts. I'm shorter than average, so not a huge deal. They come up to my bra line, but the butt/back is constantly riding down lower than the front which is annoying (hence 4 stars). I'm happy with them and hope they hold up. Generally, quality compression garments need to be replaced every 6 months with continuous wear in order to maintain effective.

Ill-Fitting in areas
I am giving this product only 3 stars becasue of the fit. I was very careful about measuring and referring to the size chart before ordering the K2 legging. I think the fabric and level of compression is great. They're very challenging to get on, but my biggest complaint is how ill-fitting they are aroung the back of the upper thigh. I'm not a huge woman (size 10) and the M are so tight high on the back of my upper thigh that they dig in and leave a crease.indent about 2-3" below my buttocks. I had surgery and thought maybe I was just too swollen yet in that area; however, even after the swelling went down they still did this. I had also ordereed the summer K1 leggings for a lighter weight and cooler option in warmer temps. The M in these fit too loose. They're super comfortable and stretchy, but no nearly compressive enough. I think I need to size down to a S in the K1. It's odd, because they both use the same size chart and according to the chart, I'm a M in both. They both fit very differently.

Comfortable & nice quality
Comfortable & provides great compression. These also look nice, so you don't feel weird wearing shorts or a skirt over them with them showing. I have lipedema and wore these during my post-op period

The sizing is not regulated!
I was very disappointed to receive these new black leggings. In October, I purchased the nude one in size large. They are great and the sizing is correct.I really wanted a black pair but they were out in large so I ordered the extra large. When I received them, I couldn't even get them on one leg! They were so tight! I thought at first that maybe I ordered a different compression weight but no, they are the same.I've included pictures so you can see the black XL's compared to the nude L size. The black ones I believe are actually a size medium or even a small. I am returning them! When you need garments like these for everyday wear, it is extremely frustrating to have this happen. I really hope this is a one time mishap. I thought this was a good company to order compression from as they were recommended to me. I'm going to order a size 2XL to see if there is any difference, etc.I'm giving them one last chance before they lose me as a customer. :-(
