Q: I am like many of you that are long time users of the lavender fragrance. The recent horrible reviews. Did Airwick fix the fragrance??

Unfortunately, no. I purchased a set of 5 in April 2017 and threw them all in the trash. Why on earth did the manufacturer get the "hair-braned" idea to change a good thing? Naturally, if they did in fact revert back to the old formula, they are going to deplete the new formula first. The new fragrance caused me to have a headache. The old formula was fantastic, soft, fresh. I also used the spray refills in the same fragrance. I hope they did go back to the old formula but will believe it when I smell it. All the others in the marketplace are too overpowering for me.

Q: Are there any phenols in these? I worry for my small sized pets.

Small animals like rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, gerbils and birds, have very sensitive respiratory systems. This means many oils - eucalyptus for one - can cause infections and even death. Candles are just as bad. The package says to keep in a well-ventilated room. Now worried about myself! Animal testing for this product is unknown. Safer alternatives: air freshener cones, Damprid hangers which come in Lavender, a discrete bowl of orange or lemon peel, spices, baking soda, sachet mixtures (Bed Bath Beyond closet section), scented trash bags, etc... Spray fresheners are very toxic to both humans and animals. Continuous release of essential oils into the air isn't much better. Ewg.org has rated this product a D on the basis of some concern for skin irritations, asthma, and causing allergies. To me, it smells like cheap men's cologne, not lavender or chamomile which I use regularly. I purchased this product at a store and am returning it.

Q: Before I purchase this, can someone confirm this is the same scent from last year? I loved it and only want to purchase if it is the same.

There has not been any change to our Air Wick Woodland Mystique Limited Edition Holiday scent.

Q: Too expensive compared to retailers?

Yes it is. Sams club has 6 + a warmer for the same $9.xx price tag. $1.66 per bottle essentially and you get a warmer.

Lovely, long lasting fragrance, don’t like the box though.

These Air Wick Vanilla and Pink Papaya plug-ins absolutely smell amazing! This Air Wick Vanilla and Pink Papaya fragrance lasts for quite a while. Even with having the dispenser on the highest setting it still expels for a good length of time before needing to change it.The fragrance dispenses very well throughout a large area. It’s not too strong nor too weak either, it’s the perfect balance. The fragrance stays the same from the beginning of opening all the way to empty.I’ve had no issues with them leaking either. No issues with leaking from the bottle nor from the dispenser unlike others I’ve tried.I personally also like the light color of the liquid. Since it’s a neutral color it doesn’t stick out from my decor. I like being able to smell a fragrance without seeing where it’s coming from.I love this fragrance so much that I have even started a subscription that way I never run out. I just really hope they keep this fragrance around for a while, as all of the fragrances that I’ve liked have been discontinued or were limited.The only thing that I don’t like is how I received the quantity of 10. Instead of it coming in the packaging as shown, they arrived individually in a box which makes them harder to store.If you love fruity fragrances, I highly recommend trying this Air Wick Vanilla and Pink Papaya fragrance. I even recommended you giving this a chance if fruity fragrances aren’t your thing. I’ve never been a fan of florals or fruity notes, but this one truly is such a beautiful fragrance.
