This is the stuff of nightmares...but excellent health. When I was a child my mother used to have to threaten me with my life to take this stuff and I ran oh lord I ran....but not far enough. She would catch me and dang it I had to take it and get well...stamps foot...but I digress, for some reason I thought of this with what the world is going through right now and thought...I want to boost my immune system and this has to be it...something this nasty tasting has to be healthy..right? I will admit it has the same great nauseating taste I remember and it works. It has increased my energy and I feel good. Thanks mom for being abusive and making me take this as a kid and I'm so grateful I can still take this without hurling afterwards. God bless biostrath!

a really high-powered tonic with an even higher-powered price!

I was super unsure about whether or not to try this since no one I knew had ever heard about it, and it came from overseas. However, after I got past the taste I feel that it's a great supplement. I used to be the type of person who got sick really quickly and easily, but after taking this for a few months I survived what was one of the worst cold seasons unscathed. Sure there might have been many factors, but I feel that this was one of them. I mostly came to write this review in attempt to describe the taste, texture, color etc. so that people aren't as scared (as I was) to try it since it kind of looks like something Mary Poppins would pull out of her bag... *Texture* Is kind of thick, like a bit thicker than maple syrup but not goopy or chunky. *Color* The color is dark brown, kind of darker and more opaque than maple syrup. *Taste* The taste is reminiscent of wine and beer mixed together with a sweet undertone. I hope this helps someone who is unsure!

This is very healthy very high in B vitamins , 250ml liquid is overpriced, I checked prices at local health stores $24.00 ., Amazon needs to review this pricing.
