I’m not sure if this is helping or not, but I like the solid gel pill form. I did notice that I was burping herb taste , but I’ve found if I take it at night that is not a problem.

I got a bad acne breakout all over my chest and back after taking this for a few days. I stopped taking it and the acne cleared up immediately. After a few weeks I decided to give it a try again and after a few days the same thing happened, a bad acne breakout all over my chest and back.I’ve never had a reaction like this to anything else so I’m not sure what it is about this that caused the breakout but I can’t take it.
