Intex King Kool Inflatable Lounge, 63" X 33.5", 1 Pack (Colors May Vary)

THE STANDARD for comfortable utilitarian float tripping. Unmatched in comfort, portability, value, and on-the-water mobility, the King Kool has cult status among my circle of friends. It is surprisingly durable, able to survive trips in whitewater rivers (Class I-II, after that all bets are off). This baby will bump or even ride over rocks with gusto as long as you don't overinflate it. I have tried many types of tubes, the most popular type being the standard circular tube. The King Kool rises above as you have full control very low in the water, being able to use both hands for propulsion along the sides with full range of motion. You can really move in this thing and navigate rapids with ease once you get the hang of it. The "hole" in the front can snugly fit a small cooler or drybag. As long as you don't pop it on a difficult seam tear, you can repair it pretty easily with Gorilla Tape mid-trip. I have a friend who used the same King Kool for 3 years of river float trips before it gave out. ***INTEX, IF YOU ARE LISTENING!!!!*** The King Kool is great and a great value, but if you make a more durable premium version with thicker more resilient material (especially the bottom), YOU WILL HAVE MANY BUYERS. It would be far better for the environment as well as my group of friends has had to "retire" (throw away) an unfortunate number of King Kools in our travels. That said, they really are durable and should hold up for many trips. I have grinded mine over plenty of shallow river rocks with no issue and repaired it with Gorilla Tape.

These floaties are our go to inflatable lounge for several years running. They are sturdy, I am a big & tall man and these keep me afloat for hours. Because the price is reasonable I buy 2 or 3 every year. Some for people in the pool and one for our Golden Retriever who likes to float on these also [see photo] I've tried more expensive inflatables for the pool but these are the best I have found for my needs. Th dog has nails that can pierce thinner plastic but these hold up and other brands/styles do not have the buoyancy that these King Kool do, I end up sinking in other brands because they are cheap, I leave them inflated all pool season, after the following winter they get discolored and I eventually toss them in the garbage knowing I will replace in the warm months. I usually buy them at Target in the summer for similar price as Amazon but at retail stores they are only available certain months of the year and they go fast. This year I decided to buy here on Amazon early since its already pool season here in Southern CA and luckily I got different colors which is what I wanted. I like that at the end you can put your legs through the large opening on the end and dangle your feet in the water or prop them up. Our dog likes the opening also, he puts his front paws in the water and periodically he dunks his snout and head in the water, its also a place to keep his tennis ball when I am not through it . for him to swim and fetch... see photo

I've ordered this twice. I loved my first one, but it burst after about 4 summers. I was okay with that! It got a fair amount of use in pools, ponds and lakes, and lasted longer than I expected it too! When I needed a new one, I opted to get the same one again because it served me well. I'm short and thick, and this is the right size for me to hook my feet into the hole on the bottom to stop myself from sliding down all the time.

Oh. My. Gosh! This was like heaven on the water. My kids have fifty million inflatable toys and water guns and sometimes I feel like the pool is the least relaxing place to be. I got this so I could get a little sun on my legs while being in the pool this summer, but what I actually got was a love for the hole with water in it that resides in my back yard that I'm sometimes tempted to throw bags of dry concrete mix into. Maybe it is the Coke in the cup holder talking...probably the Coke...but that headrest hits me just right. the hole for my feet is just the right distance away so I can dip my toes in the water when I get too warm, and that cup holder, well the possibilities are truly endless aren't they! My kids know this is off limits to them. The nieces and nephews have been warned that if they would like to inherit anything from me some day that they will keep their mitts off of it. I do share with the rather harried looking adult that comes to visit from time to time. There is just something magical about when you sit in this rainbow raft of Ahhhhsomeness, it transports you to a pool far far away where there is only sun, warm breezes, birds calling, sea (pool) spray, and cold refreshing drinks at your fingertips. Even the noise from kids screaming and splashing then fighting and yelling then cannonballing on top of eachother seems to be transformed into a distant fading nightmare when you close your eyes and just float around on this. If I lived near a lake I'd have to tether it to something, because my luck I'd fall asleep and end up in the middle of the lake with the sun going down and no paddle. So if you are wondering if you should spend the $7 something dollars to buy this, I'd recommend asking yourself, "How much is your mental well being worth to you?" Mine is worth a whole lot more than $7 but if it were more I might not have bought it and then think of all I would have missed out on.

Best pool float for the summer, the back pillow is supportive and the drink holder comes in handy.

前の穴に子供一人、座席に子供一人という感じで、仲よく遊んでくれてます。 数度海で使用していますが、今のところ空気漏れなどの心配もないです。 浮き輪とは違った楽しさがありますね。

Genau so eine Luftmatratze habe ich für entspannte Sommertage im Pool gesucht. Und nach unzähligen Fehlkäufen habe ich nun auch endlich die perfekte Lösung für mich gefunden. Für mich ist diese Luftmatratze einfach die perfekte Lösung weil: -die Verarbeitung einfach super ist (keine schlecht verarbeiteten Nähte, kein billiges stinkendes Plastik etc.) -gemütliche Sitzhaltung/Liegehaltung -sie super leicht aufzublasen und der Stöpsel einfach und richtig schließt (super Handhabung) -sie nicht gleich untergeht wenn man sich rauflegt (gute Luftkammer aufteilung) -man ohne völlig naß zu werden einfach dahin treiben kann -man entspannt sitzt und gemütlich ein Buch lesen und ein kaltes Getränk genießen kann -es einen praktischen Getränkehalter gibt Die Luftmatratze hat den Namen Lounge total verdient Sie ist für mich perfekt. Man kann einfach den Tag in der Sonne auf der Luftmatratze im Pool genießen :-)
