Before I found Hormone Replacement Therapy, this was the only supplement that took away the hot flashes and night sweats (almost completely). I didn’t see any changes in swollen joints, brain fog, forgetfulness, loss of energy or moodiness. BUT being able to sleep and exist without feeling the flames of hell engulfing me was merciful.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this product for years and really finds it works for me. I decided not to take estrogen and other perscription meds during my menopause years. This was the perfect, natural alternative for me.

This came highly recommended by a friend who prefers natural options vs medication and I prefer that too. After reading many reviews I was so hopeful I would've found my hot flash cure. I took this faithfully for a few weeks (as some reviews here and on other websites mentioned it took a few weeks to kick in) and unfortunately nothing. The hot flashes are off the charts. I'm so jealous of the others who noticed differences right away. Glad it worked for them but sad it didn't for me. Going to look into some other natural options. 3 Stars for the fact it didn't taste bad, easy to swallow.

I've tried numerous products over the past several months for intense, frequent hot flashes (often several each hour!) that even kept me tossing and turning the nights away. This was the best by far, though only lessening the symptoms, giving me at least some measure of blessed relief. I might also add that it took a few weeks before they kicked in to that degree. It's just a fluke that I happened about Adrenasense(also by Natural Factors) and decided to add that because it stated "uninterrupted sleep", which I so desperately needed, and reviews from users told of their renewed energy, which I was sadly lacking for months. I have to say, combining both products is a definate "WIN!" for me and it seems their effectiveness started with day one, giving me almost instant and total relief from the hot flashes AND sound sleep and energy to burn!:)

So glad that now I can get my favorite supplement here on Amazon. Menosense is the only hormonal supplement I need. I tried prescription HRT and hated the breakouts and weight gain that I experienced. Menosense is the first product that reliably prevents hot flashes and delivers a full night of uninterrupted sleep for me. I recommend it to all my friends-of-a-certain-age!
