Highest Quality Mass-offering of Xylitol Chewing Gum
This gum, specifically Tree Hugger "chicle", has the best intersection of ingredients and qualities I have found after years of periodic searching for genuine natural, 100.0% beneficial ingredients gumPros:- full "chicle" gum base- all-natural ingredients- calcium carbonate (vs the absurd titanium dioxide which has zero benefit to your body or smile)- xylitol- respectable duration of flavor vs other xylitol gums I've tried- each piece wrapped in protective foil paper which can be reused to throw the gym away when finishedCons:- can be expensive. However, as of 7/2022, it remains the highest quality chewing gum on the market. Try the cheaper flavors to save money, and you will likely be pleasantly surprised.Other:- is "not" Bubble Gum. "Bubble Gum" as such is an invention facilitated by synthetic gum base, i.e. plastic or crude oil-derived. (Even the Tree Hugger "bubble" gums, despite the misleading advertising, contain part or all synthetic gum base, depending on the product offering. This is because since it's invention many decades ago, partially or wholely synthetic gum base appears to be necessary for "bubble" gum)I don't know when I stopped disliking spearmint. Oh, wait, I think it was the stinging over-flavoring of toothpastes... So I was very reluctant to purchase this flavor of Tree Hugger. But out of desperation for the quality of "this" product line, I ordered the cheaper, non-inflated priced flavor. I'm glad I did. And now I remember that spearmint "isn't" undesirable. It's the poorly-applied flavor in other products like toothpastes.

Earth-friendly packaging but mediocre texture/flavor.
The texture is not to my liking--they thicken the gum with wheat, which gives it a somewhat papery flavor. However, it's a tolerable gum that gives a dose of xylitol for your teeth. It's packaging is more eco-friendly than other chicle gums, such as the Humble Company's.

Gotta Support Real Chicle Gum
It's the only kind out there. If you want more products like this, you need to rate it high and support it so costumers and businesses can see there's an interest in it for there to be competition and higher quality.Honestly, I like it, it tastes nothing like the highly soft commercialized counterpart where the gum base is plastic. I don't like the taste and texture of the most popular types of gums out there so I'm not looking for ones like that. These gums holds up to what I need in a product.

Good choice
I have been looking for a xylitol gum to help avoid cavities from between meal eating. This Treehugger gum has the qualities I was looking for - all natural tree sap chicle instead of "gum base" meaning a form of vinyl plastic. The flavor is also a plus because it says "natural extract". I have tried several other natural type gums without being very impressed. This one has wrapped sticks, so each piece has a tidy way to dispose of the gum. The size of the stick is slightly larger than the typical coated pieces form, and at first it seems a little stiff, but then it settles down to a reliable chewiness. The initial flavor isn't strong, but it stays present for a long while, like for a run, bike ride or trip to the store. I would definitely buy again even though wintergreen wasn't my first choice. It's much better for me than the synthetic versions of mints and cinnamon, etc.

Healthy Addition
I've been chewing Xylitol gum regularly for years. I used B Fresh and Zellie brands, but recently did a bit more research to ensure there wasn't anything unhealthy. It turns out that "gum base" was a vague term that could mean anything, including plastic! I didn't find B Fresh and Zellie's explanation of their gum base adequate, so I just switched to this brand, which claims an all natural gum base.Overall, I'm happy with it so far. Nice flavor that lasts. Individual pieces are a decent size. Gum did not feel or taste weird.Room for improvement:- Way too much packaging waste. Plastic wrap, the big box, all the little boxes, individual gum wrappers. Why? Know that your target market also cares about the environment. Just do a jar like the other brands.- Somewhat expensive, especially at this quantity. It was $32.xx when I bought it but I see it's now at $37; hopefully it comes down again. I'd rather buy less quantity and try different flavors.

Loses flavor fast, hard, expensive
I was super disappointed. The flavor lasts minutes and the gum is hard. Within 5-8 minutes you already want to spit it out plus it’s super expensive. So much for wanting to be environmentally sound.

Good natural gum
The gum chews like synthetic—doesn’t stick to dental work. The peppermint is very flavorful, but doesn’t last too long. Still a very good choice for natural gum with xylitol.
