Broken Bottles
We like the product but had the same experience that others have reported. We ordered two boxes and two jars were broken in one box and three jars broken in the other. Messy and a chore to wash and dry the survivors. 5 stars for product, 1 star for broken bottles.

YUM! second purchase, I bought a 12 packed shared them for Christmas presents. Some of the best fig jam I have ever had!

There best tasting fig spread I have had
Packaging failed and we lost part of the product due to glass breakage. Still, the remaining fig spread is, as always, the best I have eaten. I hope that improved shipping method is developed to avoid breakage in transport.
